Thats acctully a very good idea if you are not used to making avatars.Copy the fig pic,rezize it and then coulour.Nice job.

This is a sprite:

And stop taking it so personal because people don't want to use them. All you did was go back over the original art in Paint with solid color. You have to put more effort into making them look nice and then people will use them.

Nice. Did you use a photoshop option? For my acidtars, i take a picture from google and i magnetic lasso, then i click filter, then i randomly click something, sometimes more than once. Then BOOM! Acidtars. Oh yeah, i repeat that about 8 times with each pic.

want a cross acidtars cross spritetar?

Take one from the link on my sig, or ill take one and acidfy it. Doesnt matter to me. Then, ill get it kappafied, and animated by legendary flames. That will be my avatar.

I actually want to start a fan game with Skylands. I just need spriters. I coded my favorite Sonic Boom today, who spawns birdies.

Oh no I didn't make it myself but I do make sprites from time to time. Casual hobby of mine. Recently bought a tablet for my computer though so I've been focusing on actual drawings and such.

These were some VERY simple stylized ones I was making for friends a while back.



Stuff like that Drill Sergeant take a lot more time though. The ones I made took a couple of minutes. Might try my hand at some Skylanders ones eventually. The variety in characters should be fun.

yeahhhhh.. that is a real sprite these aren't, they're more like just artworks.
