Wired Portal Glitch [CLOSED]

Well, I got S:G last Sunday, and recently when my bro. and I were playing, we took Pop Fizz and Sprocket of the Wired Portal, and we took them of to be Tree Rex, and someone else I forget, but when we put PF and Sprocket back on, and they were leveled down, lost some upgrades, and lost a ton of money. So...that happened about 3 times, so....WUZ UP WITH MAH PORTAL OF POWAH???!!

That just happens when you take skylanders off the portal too quickly...You need to give the toy a chance to save before taking them off. Just count to 3 till you take them off next time....

Greetings,

You're losing stats/items on your characters because the game does not constantly save automatically. If you're about to swap out your character you're going to want to wait 30 seconds to ensure it saves. You can read a bit more about it on our site: http://support.activision.com/...#collecteditems

Omg serious invasion! an ACTUAL Activision person! tell me why my pop fizz got stuck under the valve in the slime pipe arena, why the characters don't speak sometimes and why my skylanders fall through the ground endlessly in my game!

Portal Seizures usually happen when you put a ridiculously large amount of Skylanders on the portal, and you see the elemental symbols flash on the screen. It's easy to fix, just take all the Skylanders off then put one back on.
