Yeah, there is a slight pause, but there is more than enough time to get in quite a few hits and get away from the enemy, before starting it right back up.

Imo I have a feeling either path she's pretty broken, story mode wise. I don't really do PvP.

I took the Shard path instead of the Shimmering Spin path, I have more fun with the crystals than the generic spin. It's good for PvP and is OP, not even fair.

i want the creators of spyro to do a lightcore flashwing, and bash, for flashwing, only the purple cristals on the wings on on flashiwngs head and eyes will will glow purple, for bash, i want the iron ball, and the top horn will be glowing bright yellow. when them 2 are in the portal together, the portal wil be pink, and, on flashiwings and bashes chest will show a pink heart (shape), and their eyes and cheek will be pink.

See, I thought the shards were a little more generic since they reminded me of Zap or Drobot. I will hopefully fully upgrade the spin path today and give my full evaluation on it compared to what I've seen about the shards.

Sounds pretty complicated to make, I doubt it was easymaking lightcores. Sounds totally impossible to do that. Personally, I think makes a better Lightcore than both of them (If Bash had a lightcore, it'd be totally weird), but that's a cute idea.

I would only think Flashwing would have her wings glowing if she was a Lightcore.

flashwing would look too... well, bright if she was a lightcore. prism break is a good lightcore

I just saw at both Best Buy and Gamestop, but my parents wouldn't let me get her.

I have almost fully upgraded my , but I have to say she's not all that good. Her gameplay is kind of annoying, because her spin is generic and her wall shards have poor aim, and her 3rd attack sucks.

She is a good character, but there are far better.

I posted a review of the Shimmering Spin path in the Upgrades Recommendation. She pretty much annihilates everything on that one, no problem.

i agree with lightspyro, except s primary attack is pretty good.

Flashwing's old toy design:

Flashwing is overpowered with the basic upgrades...

Just got Flashwing, but man... the packaging was busted, but the toy figure was okay.

Flashwing's Gameplay is a bit too much like Drobot's. If you already own Drobot or Flashwing; I really see no point in buying the other unless it's for the Heroic Challenge, ability to unlock the 2 different elemental gates, or the Lightcore Blast (exclusive to Lightcore Drobot).

Not saying Flashwing is bad, she's just not the character she could've been.

I've said it once and I'll say it again:

I'd rather them look cool and be boring than be looking boring and be cool.

Her Special Quest sounds almost impossible to do though:

Let It Shine
Defeat 20 enemies with one Crystal Lighthouse.

Chompies? Just gather up a bunch, run away so they gather up, and then use it.

^ Yes. There are a ton of Heroics you could easily do it on as well... Like Stump Smash's for example... Not difficult at all. There are a lot of fodder enemies strewn throughout all Skylands.

If only I had a video capture card, I'd take some of her Shimmering Spin path. It's not as boring as simply spamming the shards everywhere, imo. Plus extra armor, who doesn't love that?

Maybe I'll order a capture card. :/ It's about time, anyway.

Also the problem with the Crystal Lighthouse is you have to stand still to use it. Granted, if you do the Chompy method, you're not going to take a lot of damage.

^Yeah that's what I was thinking about. The Crystal Lighthouse is stationary.

It looks like it has a pretty good range though, and still, there are quite a few spots to easily do it.

I want derpwing now, she would look nicely along with cynderp.
anyway, I like her prototype (from the skylanders add that had all teh characters together), looks more.. 'earthy' and I like the light blue.

She looked completely white in her prototype picture.

Bash x Flashwing could've still worked, but oh well, she's a dragon and that's that

I haven't seen her gameplay yet, so i am just refering to her being a crystal reptile, but a bat undead sounds awesome.

Just got ! Will play as her soon!

EDIT: I have upgraded her fully besides the Soul Gem down Super Spinner, and she is really good! It does medium damage that racks up really fast using both attacks! Her 3rd attack is really good against big enemies. I have her at Level 9 right now.

Glad someone else chose Super Spinner! I'm not sure if it's just me being a seasoned gamer or not, but have you actually ever taken damage while spinning? Because I haven't |D

^ Yes, I have, but it is rare, you get so much armor, and only close ranged attacks can hit you at all!

It is. Flashwing is boring.

Some find her boring, others find her awesome to play as.
