Any news on wave 3 please post it here.

I heard the release date is either the 12th, 18th, or 22nd. I'm hoping for the 12th but i can settle for the 18th as well. I strongly hope its NOT the 22nd, what stores besides walmart are even open on thanksgiving?!?!

K-Mart and Sears, and if Toys 'R Us follows last year's example, they'll be opening around 10 at night on the 22nd.

I don't think it will be coming out this year. Because then we wouldn't have any thing to buy next year.

Sure we would. There are still 3 giants and 3 regular characters who don't have single packs. So 3 more waves for sure.

Those are all good dates, my bet is on the 18th(Wii U Release Date), but mabey the 23rd(Black Friday).

I can't speak for the US but for Canada, according to what a GS manager friend of mine has said, would be Dec. 13th over here. Considering we're just starting to see wave 2 here and you guys in the US had it since the Oct. 22nd, it's safe to say your next wave could be the 18th or on Black Friday. That seems plausible/reasonable to me.

They said there'd be 4 or 5 waves this time around, to elongate the time between wave releases and compensate for the frustration of last time.

Either way, I'm just hoping the next giant is Thumpback. I want him sooo bad. Although, Eye-Brawl looks kinda cool and funny. Ninjini is okay but she looks too much like a fancier, ninja'd Stealth Elf to me.

We'll see.

I can see them doing a soft release for the Wii U launch. (Sort of akin to Dragon's Peak not really being part of Wave 4 or 5). Black Friday I feel will probably be the launch of another "mini wave" with L-Stealth Elf and the possibility of a variant or 2 being at other stores (so as to compete for customers)

The "main" Wave 3 will hopefully be out in December for the holidays.

I heard that wave 3 is on black friday with l stealth elf as a TRU exclusive. I also herd from a TRU manager that the rep from Activision that did the pre release demo at the store said wave 3 is in november and wave for, which is the final wave is to be released in december, Im not saying this is verified but its what I was given for info.

If it is the 12 that would be a US date since we already have wave 2

^TRU is not the only store with wave 2 you can order them online from multiple stores, which would not be just a leak from a local store not knowing better, if other stores where not suppose to have it out yet you would not be able to order online. Wave 2 is out in the U.S.

And again I am not confirming any dates, I actually think that they will shoot for the 18th with the WII U release, and the only thing I have been told by TRU is "in November"

where did this info come from? as far as i knew there were going to be 4 waves. It would make sense considering how many are left

I was at TRU this weekend and a rep was there restocking the shelves and said that wave 3 will be on black friday and wave 4 will be december 10th. I cant say that this is true or not, but it is what my TRU is telling me.

I can back up that a reliable TRU employee gave me a heads up that wave 3 will be "week of Thanksgiving".

I just hope someone good such as ThumpBack or Eye-Brawl with Hot Dog and S2 Spyro will be in Wave 3.

Any word on what will be in wave 3?

So far I have all 31 skylanders also the 4 legendary, Red Pop Fizz, Gnarly Rex, GITD Cynder, Granite Crusher
