Does switching your path get rid of all the upgrades on the path you are on? [CLOSED]

I want to know, and does it allow the series 2 character to have all the upgrades?

I bought all the upgrades for slam bams punch path and then switched to his ice path. Whe. I changed back, i still had all the upgrades i bought on the punch path.

Untrue, I change paths with Chop Chop all the time, and I have the Soul Gem upgrade already.

... indeed weebbby is correct and i was typing bollox. just repurchased the stuff on the second path and it can now switch again.
