[alignEbay has blown up with blue Nintendo wii's because of gnarly tree Rex. I got a brand new wii with a starter pack for $65. Lol it just had tree Rex instead of gnarly but who cares. For the price of the game I got the starter pack and a brand new wii. Anyone know how.much Wii U is going to cost? I might give it a shot if its worth it. Also is gnarly tree Rex ever gonna be releasedseperately? I didn't wanna spend $100 just for that figure so I hope so.Maybe they will make a wii u bundle so I can get one for $25. Guess eBay isn't always bad lol.

Gnarly Tree Rex will probably not.

Wii U is priced at $300 for the basic model and $350 for the upgraded with a game (Nintendoland) included. Giants is $74.99 I believe but is standard....no gnarly tree rex.

Gamestop is giving people $50 if they trade in the wii for the wiiu ($50 towards wiiu I mean)

Honestly, if you could find some ringing in under $50 you'd actually be set pretty well.

And yet, the first and only console to die on me within a year has been the Xbox 360, making it the only console I avoid at all costs. But each to their own.

Anyhow, wouldn't be too bad a deal if only I wasn't amongst those waiting for a WiiU.

To be honest now going off topic but I think (in my opinion) the gamecube is the best nintendo console and if they were still out I would of got skylanders for that.I have never played on the console but have played a few games and the graphics are superb.

i loved the purple lunchbox its a shame it was nintendo's least successful console especially when it had some great exclusives but it had to compete with the Juggernaut that was the ps2 which was unstoppable.

Nope. Xbox sucks.

Xbox is honestly the worst choice unless you only care about online multiplayer.

The PS3 got every single game that was worth a damn on the 360 other than Halo and Gears.

On top of that PS3 gets their own AAA exclusives like Uncharted, Little Big Planet, Ratchet & Clank etc.

Then of course Nintendo has their amazing first party games.

I've owned all three and PSWii was definitely the way to go.

^ YESSSS this!! You said it dude, NES ftw!!! But I'm bias too since I grew up playing NES and SNES... our generation had it made with some quality gaming right there!!! I owned an Xbox 360 and agree... awful, i'll never buy one again! lol But everyone has different preferences and playing styles, nothin wrong with liking different things!!! Props to you for representing the old school Nintendo!!

You know, Nintendo and Sony worked together on working out the N64, but Sony wanted to use the new CD-ROM discs and Nintendo wanted to stay with cartridges. So they split up, Nintendo released the N64, and Sony released their Playstation later. Sorry that this off topic.

Yes, breaking apart and selling the unneeded parts is the best way to get Gnarly Tree Rex, all right. We paid $150 for it, got the free tower case in the process. The Wiis are actually selling for quite a bit more than $65, and separately, the Skylanders game does for a fair amount as well. Wham-Shell is just hilariously expensive still. What this all amounts to is, the free market has paid Vhraina and I about $30 for adding Gnarly Tree Rex to our collection. I've bought plenty of these things, but this is the first time I've ever been paid to take one. Lawl.

Also, I wonder how many people are nicknaming theirs Gnarls Barkley? Probably lots. I know I did.

I wanted a link to the OPs auction beause I have yet to find a completed listing for the bundle sell for $65 and I've done multiple searches.
