So how do i get it, do i beat the last leel on nightmare. Or dod i play through the entire game on nightmare.

Oh, sorry, that's fine. You have to beat the entire game, since you have to start a NEW game for Nightmare Mode.

oh so you beat the game, then unlock nightmare which you start a new file on, beat that then u get the helm?
