Isn't she supposed to be a valkyrie? Even if she's not specifically said to be, that's definitely the style of her armor, so personally I'd just go with that. I'm rather sure that's what you'll find out about Chill, especially with her Norse accent.

I think Chill is just a human but considering her eyes that might be questionable. Either way I imagine her ice raising powers come from her armor rather than her own magic.

Well, since she has a narwhal (which are found primarily in the Greenland and Russian areas of the Arctic Ocean), I'm gonna go with; she's a human of Russian origin since they seem to geographically match up, plus narwhals aren't mythological so i doubt her character would be either

If you go into a Water zone, she says "Ahhh, it's good to be in my own element!" in a very heavy accent.

I thought Chill was a golding just like Sprocket until I realised they have different eyes. Chill has blue eyes while Sprocket has those white eyes with no pupils that all the elves have.
