So, my local Walmart has the Skylanders stretchables. I'm always open-minded to buying anything Skylanders admittedly...but these might be the one thing I pass on.
It got me wondering - what is the most obscure Skylanders item you've run across? Also, does anyone own any of these? I'm wondering how they might hold up and how easily they'll collect fuzz over time.

Yeaaaaaa.... I saw these stretchables at Walmart a few weeks before the game released. They scare the crap out of me. Worse than the $10 derp keychain plush at TRU

I've seen those items before! I definitely remember making an "Activision will do anything" joke about it!

...of all characters to put on a toilet, why would you want an eyeball??? that idea reminds me of this Leela bathroom art (by the French street artist OakOak):

For any Spyro collector, the Spyro stretchy is a must have, no matter how goofy it is. I bought one for my daughter. Now, how about a Cynder one?

Don't judge these base on goofiness--they're incredibly fun, even for adults.
Eruptor is the best of the bunch, being very squishable in his hands and his body. Trigger Happy looks great in person and his guns adorably wiggle around when you shake him. Gill Grunt is very squishy and fun and probably the most accurate aside from Eruptor. His water tanks are fun to squish! Spyro is fun, but a bit too wobbly and doesn't look as good/accurate as the others. And for $6 each it's an absolute bargain for children and GameMasters alike! |

I do agree with your little review there - Gill Grunt was the one I was considering, Spyro looks terrible. |

Spyro does look pretty bad compared to the others... but i already have the large and small plushy and the keychain... so i'm sure i'll add stretchy spyro to my collection when i come across him!!
