Paddle Combos: Do AA, hold B to do paddle whack and AA, hold Z to do paddle slam
It's a Foster's Miracle!: Hold A to make a wish and have a miracle happen so Bloo actually does it right and bounces the ball to do a boatload of extended damage.

Hold A and B to chew some gum, blow a bubble and fly around. Press Z while flying to make the bubble pop and do damage.

Press A to take out a laser gun and shoot at foes.
Secondary: Head Charge
Press and hold B to thrust out your gigantic head and charge forward (Pretty much like jousting)

Upgrades:

Block Head: Head Charge does increased damage.
Lock-on: Lasers do increased damage.
Imploderz Gum: Press Z to offer the enemy a stick of gum, and when they take it, they will it in in their mouth and explode.
Dealaterz Gum: Hold Z to delay the Gum explosion

Hard Headed
Further develop your big, fat, giant, humongus head

Run Jimmy, Run!: Move faster during charge.
Fat Head: Head does maximum damage.
STUPIDITY!: While charging, press A to fall and do damage

Laser Lamo
Further develop your laser

Flickering Laserman: Shoot three lasers at once
Gwaaaaap Uraaa!: Laser does maximum damage
Fat Boy Can't Even Jump: Hold A tocharge up a huge laser, then stupidly eat it, then you will gain 545,937,0280 pounds and then fall and roll all over the place, then burp and shoot the laser

Soul Gem: A Cup of Hairspray
Found in Jimmy's Head

While Charging, hold Z to take out a bottle of hairspray and spray enemies with it.

Travel underground to the seats(What I am trying to describe is like Fright Riders teleportation with the underground steering aspect)

The unoccupied seats now explode, damaging enemies.

Hop in a car and plow over enemies on your way to school with your friends!(This part refers to her seeing her freinds in the Friday video)
