Is it really worth getting the remodeled Light-Core figures?

Unless you have the series 1 or 2...I have Hex, so I most likely will not get her... the only Light Core I think I'll end up getting will be either Pop Fizz or Jet Vac just to have a Pop Fizz, Jet Vac and/or a LightCore as all the others bore me...

Not really. They are the same as Series 1 except they light up on the portal of power. I have the light core Drobot, thinking it would be the same as Series 2 Drobot, but it isn't.

I'm only buying LC versions of characters I like to use. Prism Break being the favorite of the bunch. The way he lights up is great, and the area of effect lightcore explosion that happens in game is a nice bonus.

Its only worth it if YOU think it is....

Me personally I'm only getting the LC figures that I want to get. I already have Prism Break, and the only others I do plan to snag are Jet vac and MAYBE shroomboom and Hex.

I don't much care for the others. Drobot's Lightcore is disappointing, and I dunno if I like Eruptor's or not yet enough to get one...I may who knows.
But I know I definitely want Jet vac.

I don't plan to get S2 of the ones I get in Light-core, since I personally see zero point in that, so I'm getting which ever ones I like best of them and leaving it at that.

The light slam thing actually never helps me, for some reason.

I really like my Lite Core Prism Break, even if his left prism doesn't lite as well as the right (I checked in Walmart, but I guess I didn't notice) d'oh

Only if you're getting the LCs of the new Skylanders. You're better off getting the S2 Skylanders.
