Hi guys, im just a couple of hats away from 100% completion on the 3DS version of Skylanders Giants but for the life of me I can't seem to find them.

I'm looking for the Santa Hat located in The Tar Pits and the Tiki Hat located in The Windy Dunes, I've run through the levels so many times and still can't find them. Can anyone help?

The Tar Pits... Check the start of the level. Right behind the camera. A present is there on a ledge. I don't know if it's the one you need though.

Thanks Nibelilt, I'm pleased to say that was in fact the Santa Hat I was looking for in The Tar Pits. Cant believe I missed that so many times!

Now just the Tiki Hat in The Windy Dunes, any ideas?

Water challenge area, when you get to the part where there's a spinning ring of flipping platforms, wait a bit and on the right, a platform will move towards that ring. Jump on that platform and it will take you to the Tiki Hat.

So are the hats harder to find in the 3DS version of Console Version of Giants?

In general they are not too hard just a couple hidden ones in some tricky places that you can overlook.

In my opinion the 1st 3DS game was a bit harder than the console versions I dont know about Giants though yet as waiting to get the Wii U version.
