He is manufactured by The Nothwest Company. If anyone's worried about availability like the Just Play plush at TRU, he shouldn't be hard to find as there were at least 4 of them on top of the bin and who knows how many were buried underneath. Each character pictured on the bin was in there so I assume he's the only Skylander in the bunch.
He's a little reminiscent of the bipedal classic Spyro plush made by Play By Play, I would've took a comparison pic but my old Spyro is in the basement somewhere D:
The tag says he's 11" tall, I misplaced my ruler so just take their word for it, and the fleece throw is 40"x50." I didn't take it apart yet but it looks the same print as on the tag - just a bunch of s1 Spyros with elemental symbols.
He was only $9.97!
This was found at the Walmart in Elgin, IL.

I found a shelf at one location that had a bunch of Disney (Tinkerbell and I think Dora and some other stuff) and other characters as the Plush & Throw sets, but alas, no Spyro...
