does ur tree rex have his eyes glow on the portal? mine doesn't. is it not suppose to glow?

Does anyone have a link to report a broken figure? Or knows a way to fix it?
My Tree Rex doesnt light up anymore. He was fine the first couple of times I used him, but now nothing. It is weird cause I didnt drop the figure or anything like that, and everything else works fine with him (the portal recognises him etc)

Can anyone help? :S

Our warranty for Skylanders in the US is 180 days. For regions outside the US like Europe/UK our warranty is 1 year from the date of purchase. If you would like to get your Skylanders or Giants replaced under warranty, please start here: https://support.activision.com

The 3DS portal does not activate the glowing features on characters. I hope that helps.

Actually, the 3DS portal does work but only when the characters are being synced with the game. Then the lightcore parts of figurines will light up until the portal powers down.
