Best ways to get Money and EXP [CLOSED]

Money:
1 - Crane
After finished the game, go to the crane room (Door above the first door inside the tower on the ship.) There will be a giant stash of money. Small amounts of money spawn here again eventually in increments of about 350.


2 - Gates (This is the best way for sure)
Inside the ship tower, first door, there is a room with Auric, and Dread-Beard. In the middle, there is a hall blocked by elemental gates. This is basically the same thing as the block tower. It is best to be used after you finish the game because you will get about 1350 each time. Once you clear the gates with the proper elements and get your money, leave the room go back in, and do it again! This gives unlimited money.


3 - Arenas
The higher ranked arenas (Such as one point health), gives about 2100 each time you complete it.


EXP:
1 and only - Simple...
Pretty simple, set the difficulty to easy and do the higher chapters. Levels are extremely easy to accomplish.

The Dragon Chest cheat from the S1 Wii version still works for re-poses, too.

Just spam Battle Mode against a controller without a player, it helps you finish a Quest anyway.

the gates dont work for me :/ i cleared them with all the elements now it just remains open

Spyro's adventure is the best for gold and exp for all the skylanders that work with it anyway.

I was leveling S2 Ignitor and He was level 10 with about 5000 gold in about 10 or so minutes.

SA couldnt be better for levelling up a character even if they tried. Maxed lvl 10 character in like 5~10 minuts. Its fantastic


As for the EXP; Easy Mode gives the same amount of EXP as Hard? I figured Hard would provide you with more experience. smilie Such a shame. Ive been playing the game on hard for no reason then!

Once I find all 4 Experience wheels I'll keep those on 'till all my Series 1 Skylanders are level 15. And then 'till all my newlanders are at least level 10.

Yep, the best way are the gates, gives you about 200-1000 each time you enter the room and also with 4 Luck-O-Tron of richness better! Cause that increase collected money!

Hard provides LESS treasure and experience, actually.
