No but its easy and got 2000 gold in one run

On my first play on the level with Drill-X, I was able to get Shroomboom from somewhere around 900 gold to 6,000+. I got all the treasure chests, but i didn't get the legendary treasure. So, it's probably possible to get more than i did.

Glad heroic challenges are gone. Imagine doing 165 per skylander. That's 27225 challenges. No thank you.

Actually, the harder difficulties give out LESS experience and gold.

Because I have done almost everything and I want to level some of my characters for nightmare mode.

If you play Hard and don't want to switch difficulties Chapter 9 is a great choice.
I don't think 16 is that good unless you collect the chests and all too.

My bad. I knew it was less gold, just had a brain fart. I thought I read it was more XP, though. Must be mistaken (haven't played the game yet).

Chapter 3 is a relatively easy way to gain XP for figures. Not a lot of gold though. Just farm the elemental vault in the game room for 900 gold each time if you want gold and don't mind boring farming.

TRUST ME...using the Hidden Treasure 100 times was boring enough for me. I can easily stand the game room (once I get the game...smilie )

you cant stand the game room, you have to switch skylanders to one of each element just for around 500 coins

I don't know about other versions but for the Wii at least it appears that the gems on the Crane Deck (after you beat the game) regenerate after a certain amount of time.

I claimed all of them once with bouncer, then went back yesterday to it being full again and got all the gems again with jet vac.
I played a bit and returned and one had appeared, so they have to be regenerating.
Those are 250 a pop so they're incredibly helpful

It seems to me like they reappear when you enter/reenter the room, but you get more if you wait.
