I just got Swarm and I started opening him. But I'm really worried I'm going to snap his wings off. How did you open yours?

He was extremely difficult to open, i let my bf open mine. he said he pulled from the front and pushed from the back. One of my swarms wings sticks out funny, but it might be normal. im not sure.

I used an exacto knife to remove mine. Worked like a charm

It just popped out for us; weird part is that only one of his hands lights up

It's supposed to be like that. When I was at Target I tried like six of them and for all of them only one lit up.
