i preordered giants with the free giant deal and haven't even got a conformation email much less the email about the giant

Use customer service.

we did and we haven't got the email back about that either and that was 2 days ago

My order shipped, but I too have not received an email about the Giant available for purchase.

From what I understand the original plan was to make L. Bouncer exclusively available for customers with preorders. Oct. 2nd TRU decided to go another way with this took the statement off their website and out of their in-store signing. They believe they have honored the origina statement by making sure Giants are available for all customers in all stores and on the web site.

Thanks for the information! It makes sense and nice that everyone has had the opportunity to get the L Bouncer. I picked up 2 today at TRUs for my daughter. One to play the game with, the other to collect and save.

I canceled my order on Saturday Night for two versions of the game because I was sick of waiting for word from them. The cancellation button took me to a screen that said I could check status in 30 minutes for my order. I did this for both orders (ordered PS3/3DS starter kits on separate orders to get an extra Legendary Trigger Happy).

On tuesday, they sent me a confirmation -- I immediately called them and told them I cancelled and they said, too bad, we don't have it. They shipped my games Thursday and I'll have to return them. Never again will I fall for them promising to be my 'pre-order HQ' for anything.

It was more fun running around Sunday and Monday to find all the goodies anyway, managed everything but a hot head.

I pre-ordered and got the link to order L Bouncer (after my orignial order had shipped). The link didn't initially work. However, the next day it did and I was able to order 1 copy of him.
