Fright Rider, Pop Fizz, and Swarm are good characters.

Chill is alright.

I'd recommend Jet-Vac, but he's only in the Starter Pack at the moment.

Chill is awesome. She's difficult to use, but she's epically fun. Experience of playing with her is reminiscent of Flameslinger, she has a good moveset style with lower than powerful damage- but it can dish a LOT of hurt out when you use it right. In terms of strength she's on the lower end, but in terms of fun she's probably the best of Wave One right now.
