I'm buying all of them cause I collect.
But if I weren't, the only one I would buy is LightCore Drobot.

I got eruptor and was planning on prism break but will probably pass seeing as they don't have any new or extra powers.

I plan on getting mostly LC for his awsome wow pow and theLightcore Blast, but is one of my all-time favorites. Unfortunately, he isn't in Wave 1.

LC don't have wow pow so don't get it for that reason.

If you do not have any LC's then how would you know besides mere speculation?
Below have LC figures and said they DO NOT have wow pow. No offense but Im going to believe someone who has played with them. If you are unsure please do not post that they do.

They used parts of the trailer from the S2 Eruptor. I specifically asked people that have LC Eruptor if he had the attack where a flame comes out of his mouth and the answer was no......Again, you are basing it on a trailer you saw. I am basing it on what people who actually have the character told me.

I plan to get all the lightcores. Mostly because I collect, but also because I like things that light up.
I'm most excited about LC- PrismBreak (Not sure why either)- I'm not the worlds biggest PrismBreak fan. One of my least faves in the game, but the figure looks outstanding despite it all.

I just want people to have as accurate info as they can to help them figure out if they wanna buy a certain figure or not. LC figures have been sketchy with the videos that were put out and the little information that the web had on them. I pre ordered Eruptor partially because I thought they had wow pow. I was kinda let down when I heard they didn't. Trying to keep anyone else from having the same problem.

Can someone please put up a video of one or two of the LightCore ones upgrades just to prove there isn't any Wow Pows on them?

I'm gettin LightCore Jet-Vac. Since I'm getting the POP and no jet vac so I migh as well go to the next thing.

They should make a LC Lightning Rod and have the lightning bolts light up. That would be sweet!

Acti should do a LightCore version of Slam bam and Camo.
Slam Bam- Anything that is white fur would light up white and not be solid white
Camo- He would be firing a sun blast out of his mouth. (Of course it'd light up...)

Camo stinks, I'm kind of glad he didn't get a remodel (mostly because people may finally shut up about him a little bit, he's SO overrated). ShroomBoom makes a better lightcore anyway. And firing a Sun Blast would be too much like Lightcore Eruptor, about to barf lava.


Slam bam's fur lighting up would be, kind of weird (no offense). I think a lightcore Zap would make a bit more sense (his electric harness could light up green).

Hmm I guess LC Legendary Chill counts (although I'd of prefered her to be in her non LC pose) and hopefully they'll release a non LC Jet-vac...Unless you really want them, I think that Lightcore Skylanders are a bit of a waste and I think it's wrong of Activision to make people buy it just to have 100% completion (because some people want that for every game they play)

There's one thing we agree on. I'd love to see Whirlwind with a glow horn too!

I'm getting them all (have them pre-ordered from TRU) because I like to collect them... otherwise I would most likely just get Drobot and Shroom Boom

What lightcore characters I get depends on the answer to this question:-

I am aware that LC do not have wow pow, but as they are light up versions of series 2 characters, are you able to swap move sets? (Obviously only for the S2 ones)

At some point, I think I'll definitely pick up all of them. They seem really snazzy.

As of right now though, I *might* pick up LC Prism Break on Day 1. I'm not really sure what I want to all get yet- variants/specials first then I'll see if I want to get a new character or what.

I really want a LC prism break. Ever since the first game I said to my husband "he would look so cool with lights". Then what do you know? Someone heard me.

Just saw on Gonintendo.com that Target is going to have an exclusive Light Core Triple Pack in store November 27th. It has Eruptor, Drobot, and Prism Break and says it is the only Light Core three pack and only available at Target. It is from a Target official Press Release about their exclusives including Granite Crusher, and this three pack, The most interesting thing is the price says $11.99 for the three pack, but I am sure that is a typo. May wait and get this though as it will probably be cheaper than buying the 3 singles, and is only a month away. Hope this helps.

Does Lightcore Figurs give you extra heroric challanges?
If not, i will buy no one. It is cool that giants light up, but nor that magical... :-)
