Good News!!! Amazon is requiring sellers to have sold a certain number of toys or games before being allowed to sell this Holiday season! Which means scalpels won't be buying so many skylanders and selling them on Amazon! I don't know about Ebay but this is a step in the right direction!!!

More figures in general this time. Every store I visited had at least four of everything. Scalping will fail this game.

True. Seriously though, can't imagine any of the plain figures getting scalped well at all now except those sold early.

I disagree. I think until after Christmas they all will go for more than retail.

I'm sure they'll still be scalped, but people literally cannot sell on Amazon unless they meet certain criteria. I wouldn't buy from amazon last year because (well....the price but also) everyone selling didn't have any feedback so I didn't trust them. Not so this year. I just can't wait til Sunday!!!

I didn't say they were doing it specifically for Skylanders. You implied that. I'm just saying this should cut down on scalping during the holiday season....even if just a little. Last year in January and February etc...anyone could just buy a Skylander and post it at a jacked up price. Now they can't so it should help.

Well, but they can in January, since that's after the holiday season. They only do this up until December 26th I think or around that time. I just hope they produce far more figures this time around.
