Can you provide a screenshot of what happens when you attempt to connect or logon? Also a little more detail about the problem would be helpful.

Can't enter my lair since last update. Does anyone else have that problem? If so, were you able to fix it?

It only doesn't work if I am go on the Giants site then press Skylanders universe
But if I type it in on Google click on it works

I'm having a problem logging on aswell. I kinda forgot my username and password, so I sent my username to my email. It told me it was 'portal king' which is an invalid username. So I now know my username is 'Portal_King', but when I type it in to get my password back, I don't receive an email. Any help?
