I bought one too, all my son asked for was a skylander Christmas so I am buying the merchandise , not all of it but enough of it..

No I bought it since it was locked in a shelf peg. So I asked a Walmart associate if I could purchase one and he let me buy it

My Amazon order hasn't cancelled yet either. I'm still waiting for the Gold Flameslinger offer to show up on my Kindle Fire Cloud Patrol game. Has anyone else had any luck with their Kindle?

I was at Walmart this morning and there was nothing. Not even displays set up.

Darn. That sucks.

I think it all depends who is the manager or in charge of the Walmart. If they have a clue, no skylanders are getting sold until 10/21. I mean in Walmart national TV and print ads, they are saying 10/21 to come to the store. These other walmart stores selling earlier than that are clearly screwing up, IMO.

The walmart I went to this morning have Skylanders signs up all over the place with the street date clearly labeled, not to mention the promo videos running in electronics blaring 10/21, no chance they're selling early.

I had seen pics but wasn't sure if the regular one would be out at other stores. My kids honestly don't care if it's golden or not. They just want one of each so if I can get the non-golden one somewhere other than GS and save me $5 I will.

my walmart employee made it very clear to me last night that it was in the store already locked up and not coming out till the 21st.

I can see why theyd have displays set up already. But mine didnt, still the old stuff and lots of it :/ but even if the displays are set up..i mean the game is coming in a few days. were bound to see the display sooner or later haha
