You know, I don't even know if my Best Buy is doing the demos! I'm just going to find out and if they have, I'll play it!

THEY DIDN'T HAVE IT!!!!!!!!!

All they had was a display stand with a character poster, a screen with the Tall Tales trailer playing, and some S:SA Starter Packs. I told an employee about the demos that were supposedly going to happen, and he said that the demo would be there on October 21. I was really ticked off when the employee said that he already played the game and that it was awesome.

Perhaps they start later on in the day. It's Sunday after all.

I called the only two "participating stores" within driving distance (less than an hour away). One said they have nothing, the other said they just had a TV showing a commercial.
you could say these were better results than last year's "demo event," they finally heard of Skylanders now.

Louisville, KY BB didn't have anything playable. They've had a video running for the past week where they normally have the PS Move demo which also has a lot of Giants signage, but nothing playabe.

It's the vendors that were supposed to set them up as I was told that the vendors were supposed to come and set up the demo when I went to one of my local Best Buy stores

The demo at my best buy only showed the trailer repeatedly and it had a butt load of PS3's for some reason.

Im going tomorrow since I preordered the game and they sent me an email saying that the bag of stuff (the stickers and crap) could be picked up on the 16th. So when i go tomorrow to get that, I will check out the demo. I went on Saturday and they had the display and tv set up for the PS3 with a giant poster. I assume that was for the demo (which should have started on sunday). So while I am there tom, I will check it out....
