My theory:
You know how all this stuff is on eBay? Well I was thinking, ActiBob is probably only sending one shipment to the stores. So they're probably not going to send to more skylanders/games to the stores till after the release. So all their products will be gone because these stupid employees raking everything before they reach the shelves. So why go on day 1 if there is going to little to no merchandise on the shelves? So I propose that we wait a week, so they get in new shipments of more merchandise.

this is a good idea but i think we've all waited to long to wait a week and its worth the risk

Each Best Buy in my city got around 20+ boxes - with more still coming - of Skylanders figures alone. Even after holding what I needed, one of my local stores says there is still plenty left to go around.

It looks like TFB is making good on their promise of more stock. HOWEVER, for them to be telling the truth fully, each wave after wave 1, has to be in ample supply, like wave 1 seems to be.

This is just my theory.

My toys r us in London,UK said they had around a 1000 figures at the back....and that's after I reserved 2 of everything

My logic accent leads me to logically think that your theory is logically incorrect....
My logical thinking makes me logically think that EVERYONE will go the stores on day 1- logically including me of course...

He's just selling one xD Scalping is buying the figures in excessive amounts and selling them before release like for $50. Hell I would sell the GITD Starter Pack for that much if I had an extra xD

He doesn't even have them yet >.< That means he will have 3 available. Plus if you saw the title, it said PRE-SALE. Why hate the scalpers? They have to make a living somehow. If you see a scalper, just go to another store. >.<

The guy who runs the local eb games store has already confirmed that they will be getting a ****load more stock in than any other store in my area although that doesnt really matter as I have pre-ordered everything that is coming in wave 1 and paid for it all its going to be a very sweet 17th of october
