he should have known drinking nothing but soda will have dire consequences. but now it's to late T_T
the doctors don't know if he can pull out of this alive, but all they do know is that he needs to take insulin shots for the rest of his life

The debatable existence of the type "three" diabetes is insulin resistant so taking "insulin shots the rest of his life" would be pointless (they are trying to connect "type 3" with Alzheimer's disease- researchers still disagree if there is a type 3 diabetes, there is no such official diagnosis)... Commonly, there are only 2 types of diabetes... type one (pancreas does not secrete any insulin and is usually found in younger people) and type two (usually in older people who have unhealthy diets and are generally overweight or elderly, the pancreas still does secrete insulin in smaller amounts)... just some knowledge for u on the subject so u can help "diagnose" 'lil pop fizz more accurately... smilie Knowledge is power, right??! smilie

There is a genetic link found in the endocrinology system with type 2 diabetes... so it could have been inherited and stayed dormant... although infants are diagnosed with it more frequently that you'd think!! smilie
