I dunno why, but I feel like buying a few of them again so they will be stronger or more fun, I can give my original toys to my little cousins who likes skylanders cuz the reposes still work in the first game (except the lightcores, they don't work in Spyro's Adventure). I'm mostly thinking of buying the ones that suck, not the ones who are already super good.
Maybe, , (even though he doesn't deserve a repose, he looks alot more fun now), & even .

Actually, the Lightcores DO work in SA.
And I would buy your favorites from SA.

I think will get a massive boost, she's definetly the only one I'd say is worth really buying. Wrecking Ball as well, but that's because Disco Ball is awesome rather than a massive meaningful boost. I also want LightCore Drobot just because I hate his standard figure and the new one looks so much better. Though I think the worst reposes are , , and even based on Pow Wow alone.

Uh, no they don't. Lightcores only work in Giants, not SA. Here is an example, Lightcore Prism Break trailer. It clearly says that it won't work in SA if you pay attention closely. Regular series 2 will work in SA, but not his lightcore. Same with Lightcore & .

I hope I'll only get a few of the reposes and not all of them. Of course, I remember saying that I would only get one of each Element when the first game came out.

Yeah, some are worth buying. Maybe a few like your favorites and ones you don't have.

Actually, it has been confirmed that they will work in SSA. That symbol to denote that they won't was merely to avoid confusion about the in-game Lightcore effect not working in SSA. Subsequent interviews with TFB people have confirmed that they will work just like a Series 2. Please refer to other threads in this forum for proof as I am too lazy to dig it up.

I thought that the reason why the LightCore blast didn't work in SSA was because maybe the blast was in the coding in the figure.

Actually, I would recommend Flamslinger's repose. Lightspyro doesn't like the SA version of him, and I think the longer fire trail will make him easier and more fun to use.

Oh gosh, I keep forgetting the flame trail will be longer. Headwrench. Yeah, considering the increased length then, I would say Flameslinger is worth it for sure. It was the only issue I had with his original.
If it is a crystal trail, Prism Break's has potential, to be interesting, as well. And Stump Smash's is definetly one to look foward to since it increases the amount of Acorns that can be at the screen at once. (Though this may be because of an improvement on technology, rather than the actual Pow Wow...) |

Yeah. For Stumpy, even if it is just an improvement on technology, I'll take it. But that upgrade for acorn speed will REALLY make him a terrain monster. Just imagine being on top of a ramp, sending acorns down at lightning speed.

Considering that series two have "wow pow", higher stats (up to 150 instead of 100), bring new heroic challenges to giants, bring there own quests, and can switch paths i am planning to buy them all.

Flameslinger's fire trail will be longer? That actually kind of makes me NOT want him. I kind of liked that it was kind of a risky move to pull off. If it's easier o do, that kind of removes one of the nice handicaps that makes me like him so much. Well, I guess I COULD just not buy that upgrade. Though honestly I'm not a huge fan of his series 2 figure anyways, so I might just skip him. A shame since he's one of my favourites from the first game.

SKIP FLAMESLINGER!?!?!?!?!
No, not a chance, never in a million years. I like the fact that his flame trail will be longer, as I could never do the flame colum in the first game.

I'm well aware of that.
BUT he's lazy, he said so himself. It's not good to be so lazy, and I really don't know where I could look. So I'd like him to show me the proof itself since I couldn't find any.

Please trawl through the Everything we know about Giants... sticky thread.
I recommend starting from the most recent page and working back. Look for a YouTube video interview. There will surely also be comments confirming my assertion. I apologise in advance for the pages you will have to trawl through given that people filled this thread with banter rather than leaving it for real news but that is out of my sphere of influence. It is either that or wait from someone else to confirm/cite it as I don't need to as I know it is true. If you don't want to believe me, then I accept that position but I do not feel obliged to do extra work to convince you.

I will eventually buy all the re poses just to have some thing to collect. I also like the bash repose because he now has his gold helmet on his toy. and stump smashes toy looks pretty cool too. So I'd like to have that, and spyro because hes one of my favorites.
