I'm more curious as to why Sam's doesn't have these listed when you type in "Skylanders" into the search box, why it won't allow you to pre-order, and how the topic creator even found these on the site?

I was thinking that, too. However, the links are broken most of the time, as they will sometimes load without a picture, and sometimes they won't even show the other exclusive starter packs on the links below the listing, but sometimes they will.

Usually, when that happens, they are just putting it up.

I don't think we'd be getting GITD Cynder and GITD Portal of Power. I've just received word from Activision Assist saying that GITD Cynder and GITD Portal of Power is only exclusive to GameStation locations in the UK

I believe these Glow In The Dark items are only exclusive to GameStation locations (UK retailer). GameStop has a Skylanders Giants Golden Dragonfire Cannon Battle Pack only exclusive to them. Meh, who needs GITD? It already glows in the dark.

Cynder's base may be GITD but I'd rather have a full scaled figure that is GITD in it's shape and detailed. IF USA does not get GITD Cynder and GITD Portal then CURSE YOU UK!!!!

Was it ever confirmed if GiTD Cynder was in the 3DS Pack? I can't remember, but that seems like a great option for someone who gets the console game.

I drove to a Walmart and a Sam's Club today to ask about the GITD Pack, and they kwew nothing. Nothing about the pack, or if ability to preorder. I called another Walmart with the same result.

They might not have it avliable to preorder yet. But there are some articles that talk about it now.

I cancelled my Giants pre-order at GameStop today and there were no penalty fees or anything which is great news!! Sam's Club has the cheapest priced Giants Starter pack (with GITD Cynder) for $69.98... gotta love Sam's Club!!

Well I never had to pay money to reserve it online (they only charge the card it when it's processed/shipped out) and he told me since my card was never charged anything, there was no money to refund and I won't have any cancelling fees!!

What card did you have? The basic free one or the pro one? I have the basic free one so I want to know as I always pre-order my games locally in-store

I have the basic, free card but I can't speak to in-store ordering (I've heard when u pre-order at the store they make you put down a non-refundable deposit of like $5 or something, but I'm not sure)... as for the pre-ordering online there was no money needed to reserve it!!

Thats not fair as they're stealing $5 bucks away. If they really do that then I'll figure out a way to get all of my money back cause that is stealing.
