Yeah I had that problem too

I just ordered four - 3 to come to Australia for me and 2 other Aussie collectors and 1 for the kind person shipping them from NY to me.

I think this time around the order will stick as they can't have the excuse that it was a test item that should not be seen by the public AGAIN.

I ordered a text on educational development at the same time I ordered Golden Flameslinger this morning. I found the text for $30 less on another website and made an attempt to cancel that part of the order. I was having trouble doing so even though it was not marked as being shipped. Talked to a representative trying to conform the cancellation of the item or that they would price match. The rep was not very helpful about the text book but informed me that there were issues with the other item I had ordered (Flameslinger) and the item was not likely to process. Something about a selection test and not being meant to be available for mass order on the site.

Nice to know the scalpers are still using this site asaresource. I learned my lesson with the first figures. I can wait 6 months and get any figure I missed for retail. Never paying over retail on anything for Giants.

I just talked to an amazon rep this morning. There is always a chance that these reps are talking out of their butts..... but I was told they are honoring this wave of orders. She said their was a flag or a note on the specific item that would indicate eary Nov/very late Oct shipping. It could be later according to waht I was told the item is not even in the wharehouse yet.

That's annoying then because I was still not offered one of these on my kindle. I the kindle was supose to get these first. Ugg. Anyone know if they are still going to do this for the kindle or do I not get one now. I had mine in on the first order go canceled the. Found out about the kindle cloud portal getting these and still haven't been offered one.

From the sounds of it, both leaks of the item were accidental, no one is supposed to have been able to order it yet. For the Kindle it is still going to be on it "first", but they haven't actually started offering on it yet. probably post release of the game.

Okay. I may call and find out. Like I said haven't seen anything so I'll keep playing and hope for the best to get it. My guess it will be on there launch day. But that I of the second leak didn't pre Oder them all that they have.

My Gold Flamesligner pre-order is slated to be delivered between October 29 and November 1.

I'm hoping that if this wasn't legit then Amazon would have cancelled the orders (again) by now. I guess we'll see in the coming weeks.

Someone spoke to an Amazon rep and confirmed this wave will be honored, so don't worry, guys.
