I might be going to Target on October 21st.

*sigh* The two Skylanders I want the most for Giants are Crusher and Sprocket. So naturally out of ALL the characters, the special Crusher has to be exclusive to a store that isn't even IN Canada yet. *sigh*

If you really want one, if it ends up coming here, I can just pre-order it and get an extra one for you. It's no issue to my wallet. Still, at least it's just a variant, but then again, if hypothetical Copper Sprocket was Walmart exclusive...

I will almost certainly be sending one to my friend in Ontario so it would be no big deal for yours to hitch a ride with his for the overseas leg and then either you or he can forward the item locally (if need be).

Well, it's only really an issue if regular Crusher is also exclusive to Target. I honestly don't really care at all about variants because my OCD hates how they screw up a collection. It's just that if it were ANY other store I would have actually bought this one, and if it were ANY other character aside from Sprocket, I wouldn't have even cared in the first place.

Thanks for the offers though. I really appreciate it. I guess Activision just assumes Target is in Canada. After all, on the "select your country" list on the Skylanders Giants Website, Canada isn't even an option. >__>

Well, I live in Ireland and we have practically no stores that sell skylanders.
We don't have a Target, TRU, Walmart, Game or EB in the whole country!
We have Smyths and GameStop, which makes it very hard to get skylanders

that sucks crusher is my top 3 giants probally my second and him not being in canada well the granite version makes me heart broken Activision you Suck

Well I think they are using these variants so more people can get variants instead of that 1 in 1,000,000 chance.

Guys, you don't need to own every single figure. For me, the variants are great. Let's use Crusher as an example. I like his design, but was bothered by his original color scheme. Why? Too comparable to Prism Break. Now, with the granite version, problem solved!

Having now seen his in-game model, I really don't care about him. He looks WAY too silly. I've given the in-game model of Granite Crusher the nickname of "Blackface Crusher". It's like some Toys For Bob employee accidentally spilled ink all over the original design sketch of Crusher, then to cover his back he told Activision it was a variant he thought of.
