Since all of the Skylanders, including the ones who didn't talk in the previous game, have new voice actors. I noticed that some have familiar voices from the media.

Gill Grunt in Giants sounded like he was voiced by the same voice actor who did his dialogue in The Beginning trailer and the commercials.

Terrafin sounds like Chris Williams (who is known for voicing Crush from Crash Bandicoot) who also voiced Terrafin in The Beginning Trailer and the SSA commercials.

And Flashwing sounds like Tara Strong.

So EVERYONE talks now?

Im pretty sure Dwight Schultz still voices Ignitor and I'd assume L-Ignitor as well.

Lani Minella voiced Stealth Elf,Sonic Boom, and some Arkeyan enemies.

Whirlwind and Sonic Boom's voice are a little different when they're not crying out and screeching.

Pop Fizz is definitely Bobcat Goldthwaite.

I'm reasonably certain that JetVac is Craig Ferguson.

Kevin Michael Richardson is doing double duty as Tree Rex in the trailer (he's Stump Smash in S:SA).

All of them except Terrafin and Slam Bam sound either the same or worse...

Spyro sounds the same but his lines and the way he says them are worse.
Double Trouble always sounded dumb.
Wrecking Ball... Doesn't say anything except his catchphrase which simply sounds wrong.
Prism Break should not talk because that in itself is too odd.
Bash sounds like he's singing.
Terrafin sounds far better.
Slam Bam sounds a bit better.
Zap sounds absolutely dumb.
Gill Grunt I'm not sure on because I only watched his trailer one time. I think it was the same.
Ignitor sounds the same.
Flameslinger sounds the same.
Eruptor is meh.
Drill Sergeant always has the worst voice in Skylands... Forever... Even worse than Cali.
Drobot sounds almost the same.
Trigger Happy sounds absolutely stupid.
Hex is the same.
Cynder is the same but she says her lines worse.
Chop Chop is the same.
Whirlwind has one of the worst voices now and she had what was easily the best before...
Sonic Boom has an awful voice.
Lightning Rod is meh.
Stump Smash is the same. (HIS VOICE IS STILL SO RAM QUIET!)
Zook is the same.
Stealth Elf is the same.

Josh Keaton sounded like he's adding more emotion to Spyro's voice than in SSA, sounded more lively too.

I'm guessing the other voice actors, like Zap's and Whirlwind's, are trying to match the tone of the Skylanders' voices back in SSA.

Whirlwind doesn't sound the same at all. She sounded French in the first game and she sounds... Like CYNDER in Giants.

Well, the voice actors really don't make a RAM of difference to me. Only how the voice turns out. I never understood why people were so interested with who voiced everyone in the original either.

Because the developers never added the list of voice actors who did the Skylandes' voices. But now that they're going to talk, they might add them in Giants.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thinks that Tara Strong might be behind Flashwing!

Camo and Sunburn will be cool to see the new voices of.That's a really weird sentence!

But I think we can all agree after Whirlwind Wham-Shell has the worst voice change so far.

Wham Shell sounds better though.

Rather than be negative about it I really like the new voices. I was wondering about this before and I'm really glad they went through with it. It really gives some of the non-speaking Skylanders some real personality. I don't know about anyone else but those sounds Sunburn made in the first game really grate on my nerves. It's not squawking, growling, or anything, it's just really, really annoying. :/

And screw the Drill Sargent haters. He was one of my favorites in the first game and he's even better now . I would have preferred another robot Skylander like him and Bouncer rather than lego girl.

Ninjini: Excellent.
Flashwing: Fluwing...
Crusher: Pretty darn sweet.
Chill: Wonderful.
Thumpback: Good, but inconsistent.
Hot Dog: Wonderful voice... It just doesn't suit him that well.
Hot Head: It's okay.
Sprocket: Perfect.
Bouncer: His first voice was just very YES. I don't like his new voice much but I don't hate it.
Fright Rider: All those in favor of Fright Rider for best Skylands voice say I. I.
Eye-Brawl: Wonderful... But you only hear him say it with his catchphrase. Boo.
Jet-Vac: Far, far worse than it seemed initially. Mediocre overall.
Swarm: Awesome.
Tree Rex: Just like everything else about him, whatever.
Shroomboom: It's weird, but it suits him, so I like it just for that.

Okay, no. The worst voice changes were Jet Vac's and Bouncer's.

They were probably doing different tones of the characters, and the developers chose some dialogue, a mixture of Bouncer/Jet-Vac's original voices and the other dialogue they did.

I think Fred Tatasciore Voiced Thumpback. Also in case you didn't notice, Fred Tatasciore also voiced Flavius in Dragon's peak level.

We didn't noticed, they never fully listed the voice actors of Skylander or other NPC characters.

Awww, Hot Dog sounds like Dug from "Up".

The way Hot Dog says HOT DIGGITY DOG is absolutely perfect.

I'm actually glad they toned down Jet-Vac's voice a bit. It was way too fake of a Scottish accent to be bearable to listen to. I also prefer Bouncer's new voice over his old Ninja Turtle voice.

^ Plus he sounds more robotic, Bouncer doesn't have lungs after all to have a normal voice.

Lungs? Really? It's a kids game. I don't think they would care about detail that precise. But Jet Vac sounded awesome Scottish. Now he's just a sad, wingless bird with a vacuum cleaner. He gets to clean up the other Skylander's messes.

And Wumbo, just because Jet-Vac's voice doesn't sound Scottish in some of his dialogue, it doesn't mean he's a 'sad, wingless bird'. Come on...

Well why not? Sonic Boom is a griffin and she speaks perfect English now.

TFB did mention that all Skylanders talk in general, including the ones who didn't talk in SSA. They only chose 14 of the Skylanders to speak english lines back in the game of SSA. And now all of them will talk in Giants.

Yeah... But since a griffin speaks perfectly without any accent, a robot doing so isn't that far-fetched.

Meh, the voices of Bouncer and Jet-Vac are probably from different versions of the game, and the voice actors are probably saying their characters' lines differently. That could happen during production.

Think it's cool that all of the skylanders can talk now. Gives them a lot more personality.

Yes they all speak.

All Skylanders who didn't speak in SSA, can speak in Giants, including Wrecking Ball, Slam Bam, Double Trouble, and Whirlwind.
