Actually, I think the one Aura posted must be a laser upgrade, as you can see he bronzes the top of his head under his antenna, and adds lightning bolts to his chest... But why would they give his figure the upgraded look and not do it with nearly everyone else?

Hey all, is there anyplace to pre-order single or triple packs right now? I think I'm going to focus on finding the characters I want first and just wait to get the game itself for my birthday. I'm sure the starter packs for the game will still be around near Christmas but the single packs and triple packs will probably become scarce around that time like last year. I'd rather use my budge to get the figures I want out of the way first while the getting is good. :/

EB Games and GameStop will allow preorders once they get registered in their systems. Otherwise you can only preorder the Golden Dragonfire Cannon and Legendary Triple apart from the game.

No kidding on the wallet part. I really don't like how they've gone up in price quite a bit. I'd get them all if I could but this it's just getting too expensive.

i wish ghoast roaster would have gotton a repose instead of hex, but since hex gets that mask thing to help her attack then i might start to use her a lot.

they said they where going to make his voice more mechanical and they did. i liked the old one better

Jeez, Hot Dog's moves have so many weird combos that they are difficult to see. But I think they are:
Shoot Fireball (Shooting it multiple times in a row creates combos)
Fire Meteor Crash
Lava Wave

And has anyone noticed how Bouncer's rocket attack destroyed the wall that previously could only be destroyed by a bomb?

I noticed that. It's interesting.
I hope this means Boomer will be able to destroy them with his Troll Bombs now because that was something that always bothered me. I mean, his attacks are based on using demolition tools and yet his bombs can't even scratch the environment.
But I don't think it will happen sadly.

I agree on Hot Dog. I wonder what it means for the Flaming Bag of Dog Poop? Unless some new Skylanders will get a C Attack I'm not sure where that could fit... Unless another one of his attacks, or Ding Dong Ditch itself, is a combo...
Either way, he looks really fun.

I know. If all explosion moves work on it, I will be a happy little plant. It will make the moves have a realistic affect on the environment.

I don't know. It is probably a combo, due the the insane amount of move-altering combos he seems to have.

I want old bouncer voice back.

Although, maybe it IS a fourth attack like Pop Fizz's Potion Explosion.
I'm really glad to see the complexity of the moves increasing in Giants characters because they were all so easy to master in the first game, and for a game where the play is centered around discovering the characters that is never a good thing.
Giants looks like a MASSIVE improvement over the original. Pun partially intended.

Here's what I think hot dog's attacks are.
First: Shoot Fireball (Upgraded into Ding Dong Ditch AKA Bad Stomach)
Second: lava wave
Third: roll around, probably do a slam combo.

Wait. I think I've figured out Ding Dong Ditch.

A Attack is almost certainly throwing out fireballs.
It looks like after an upgrade you throw an extra arcing one out.
Maybe Ding Dong Ditch upgrades the second fireball into the flaming bag of dog poop which lingers rather than just being thrown.

Beside the bomb symbol there was a picture of tree rex, one assumes this means giants can be used to destroy walls

There was a video linked in this topic earlier where we saw two prototype versions of Bouncer along with the final one, and one of them was indeed yellow like the one in this picture. (The same video where we got our first glimpse of Thumpback's figure and lightcore Pop-Fizz)

As for the new footage of Bouncer and Hot Dog, I actually like Bouncer's new voice. It makes him sound more like The Iron Giant which is clearly what he's based on, so I feel it suits him better than the generic Ninja Turtle voice.

As for Hot Dog, I didn't like him when he was first revealed, but I like him a lot more now. He looks to have really fun acrobatic combat, and having played "Prinny: Can I Really Be the Hero?" on PSP, I'm used to animals with somewhat out of place voices, so he doesn't sound odd to me at all. Hot Dog's voice seriously sounds like it came straight from NiS' recording studios.

I think I officially like all of the new characters now. Even Eye-Brawl has grown on me over time.

I'm sorry if this is old news, but while buying ponies at my Target, I found this stand that advertises a Target exclusive "Granite Crusher". Would this mean Crusher is Target exclusive or is it a special varient like Blue Bash and WERDS?
