I just found an image of Flashwing and she looks better in-game

IMO, Flashwing looks like the worst new Skylander to me. I really dislike her. She seems like pure fanservice, being a "beautiful" dragon (who actually looks quite overdone and ugly if you ask me) and an overhinted Bashwing pairing. And worst of all, she fails to contribute to her Element meaningfully, due to lacking flight, the only reason to add her(Earth has no character than can fly or go over water).

This is NOT "her being a dragon" talking as well. I genuinely dislike what I'm seeing of her.

Flashwing's voice? Nope. It sucks- she sounds like she has a cold. Sprocket's is cool.
Looks? Flashwing looks gaudy. Sprocket looks like a FREAKING SECRET AGENT ON A MISSION FOR SECRETS IN THE SECRET VAULT OF SECRETS.
Gameplay? I can see why people would think either of them would look fun. Flashwing just isn't my type. So this is an extremely personal one. I won't come to a consensus here.
Elemental Contribution? Flashwing is another dragon for Earth, but with wings yet lacks flight, which she needed to have a point, and her gameplay doesn't look very fresh overall. Sprocket means that Tech FINALLY gets a proper Melee character... And heck, Melee characters are more needed in general, so she instantly wins.
Which would win in Battle? I admit Flashwing would win in Battle, but only because of Elemental Advantages. Otherwise, Sprocket could kick her butt any day.

Regardless, this is all my opinion, so if you disagree with it...

I like Flashwing over Sprocket any day

I admit the giant tank is cool but that's not what sprocket looks like naturally you know, flashwing was born looking like that and is naturally powerful, sprocket needs a suit to do any damage at all, and these may not be the final voice actors either because it was confirmed in a bouncer interview that he and some other characters will get voices that match their personality more (bouncers voice will sound more robotic) and sprocket sounds like meg from family guy. twirling ballerina Lazor attack ftw!!!!!

And what's so bad about Sprocket wearing a battle suit? DROBOT needs a battle suit. Heck, if you're gonna complain about that, you may as well say you dislike Double Trouble because he has a staff, Voodood because he has an Axe, pretty much every Skylander with a weapon.
And Bouncer is actually COMPLETELY unnatuaral even though you say you like him, what with being a robot and all.
And who says Sprocket will be instantly powerful? For all we know, she could very well be Chop Chop v.2.0.
But again, if you disagree with me, just steel with it, because there isn't any way to change that opinion bro.

This is ABSOLUTELY subjective, it is not a fact either is better than the other, and if you are trying to say that everybody should think that, then please stop.

There's no way to judge this, however. An amazingly skilled Chop Chop player could beat a Dino-Rang player. A master of Spyro could beat Drobot. A great Wrecking Ball user could defeat Stealth Elf.

By appearance, I prefer Flashwing over Sprocket any day.

But by personality, I must admit that I prefer Sprocket. Her bio is a lot more interesting than Flashwing's. I may end up getting Sprocky after all, seeing as personality is more important to me than appearance (IRL at least).

Still not bothered by how powerful they are though, I play with favorites, regardless of how much that may leave me at a disadvantage.

drobots lasers are rapid fire you can spam your foes because they dont have time to get close to you

That makes him cheap though.
I still like him I really dont do battle mode it's kinda boring but I have before and drobot spams the hibbles out of the other skylander with his lazors

Do you think that I hate sprocket more than any other skylander? I said the same thing about boomer but I ended up having a lot of fun with him and who knows i might have fun with sprocket too I'm just aking you to look at flashwing a different way and try her before you hate on her, and I will do the same with sprocket

Both of the figures are terrible to be quite honest (Flashwings' eye< and Sprockets' Simpson/Yellow Skin although I do prefer Sprockets figure)
In game wise, I have to say Flashwing looks better than Sprocket
Power/move-wise I have to say wrench melee>twirling. I also like the landmines->hit them tactic. (the tank,meh)
So overall, I like Sprocket better than Flashwing

I personally like both characters for different reasons

I love the Gigantic death tank and the wrench attacks. she actually remeinds me of a combination of Ratchet(from ratchet and clank) and Agent 9.

I personally like flashwings opal shimmer and her crystal wings. as well as her turning what looks like a ice-skating move into a weapon.
she has also one of the few physical ranged moves in the game.

and as for least original new skylander Bouncer is pretty high up there with his rather reused design. doesn't mean I hate him. it just means I don't want to buy his figure.

Nibelilt had a conversation about Sprocket and Flashwing a while back, and we discusses some great points.
Flashwing's attacks are generic. I mean, even the crystals were already used on Prism Break. Two of three of Sprocket's attacks have NEVER been used before, and Tech needed a meleeist.
Flashwing literally has no contributions to her element. I mean, at first I thought it was that it would be ironic for an Earth character to fly, but now we know that she doesn't even fly...
And strength doesn't mean the better character at all.

Flashwing: I LOVE crystals and gems and stuff, I love her appearance and her attacks look unique and pretty, I like her bio too.
Sprocket: I love the creativity in her design and her attacks look so awesome, and her bio is also more interesting.
