One more question, so far, there are currently 6 known S2 legendaries: Stealth Elf, Bouncer, Ignitor, Slam Bam, Jet Vac and Chill. Are Chill and Jet Vac going to be LC or not? (Don't worry if you can't answer it)

Jet-Vac and Chill's Legendaries are listed on their LightCore Pages, so it's safe to assume yep. Jet-Vac's also appears on his regular page. Two editions of Legendary Jet-Vac, and one of Legendary Chill.

i dont thinks they are the pic of l-jet-vacs toy was in his regular pose, so i dont think they will be light core

Legendary Jet-Vac's picture of him in the game is on both his pages though, LightCore and regular. And since this is Activision, it really wouldn't be shocking to see a repose of a reskin of a character that has a repose.

Ok, I am not buying the legendaries anymore. It was cool when it was just Slam Bam and Ignitor.

I don't really think it's worth it, just for one figure anyway, I just happen to want one anyway.

If they get Sprocket they are officially making my "To Kill" list existent. I want to be surprised by her and get another joygasm. In fact, I don't know why I watched this video, since I wanted to discover Fright and Rider as well.

But on the other hand, it's likely that everything they show off will be in Wave One, so if they do get Sprocket, it pretty much confirms she'll come out with the game. I just hope they don't show off too many figures, because I want to be surprised by them, but I think they will ignore Sprocket since she isn't very popular compared to someone like Flashwing, and a lot of people hate her figure.

I'd also like to see them show off some Series Two just so we see less of the completely new stuff.

By the way, we're almost reaching the closing post!

Fright Rider is my most anticipated and inquisitive to find, because I think he will be rare, and somewhat popular as well. (Sprocket is still my favorite, but I think she will be easy as Japanese to find... A new Boomer, because I think some people who hated her might not have checked her new media. )

I hope that none of the new characters are exclusives like Drill Sergeant and Whirlwind, but I doubt it. (I'm fine with the Legendaries being exclusives since they'll probably be in huge stock anyway, and just reskins.)
Drill Sergeant was a horrible pain to track. Anyone who pre-ordered the game got priority for him, and he was Big W exclusive, before the exclusivity ended and his production exploded, I had only ever seen two, and if someone is the same way, I will be peeved. In fact, I think I might just pre-order the different versions at the big retailers just to garuntee I'm safe if this happens.
Whirlwind was actually easy for me to get though because I live right near a Target and they had a ton of her.

Series 2 whirlwind sounds like cadance.

I hate Series Two Whirlwind's voice. It sounds so Ehehehehheh Girlie Squeal!. Like she belongs in High School Musical.

I liked her first game voice better.

I liked her first voice the best out of all the original voices, actually. It sounded fittingly French for her appearance, it wasn't too wimpy, and I loved her gibberish("ORDER LA PI-T'ZA!"). I'm really shocked and upset that they dropped it.
I'm a bit upset over Disco Ball's catchphrase voice, just because it doesn't match his ingame one at all.

Whirlwind WAS best Skylander.

Ya, Whirlwind is worth it for her voice alone, but she's also very fun to play, she's a great concept. The only thing I would pick on is the design because the anatomy is very bad but she is a great Skylander overall.

Hot Head motercycle + Sprocket death tank= Awesome

But they did Trigger Happy PERFECTLY

Yes. Trigger Happy has THE best personality and attacks. I just wish he had more HP, because 400 is ridiculously low, but it's a minor niggle, because it just makes you more careful with him anyway.

Plus the wow pow for him is EEEEEPIC

Ironically, I pre-ordered the Big W starter pack online. The game came but no Drillie. I went to a store and they originally said that online purchases had nothing to do with stores but relented when pushed and gave me a Drillie to shut me up. Low and beyond, the original one arrived 3-4 days later in a separate package. I rang Big W but they said to just keep it (didn't want the paperwork, I suppose?)

Anyway, I sold it online for cost price but it was useful to sweeten a deal where I had removed a fig from a three pack and wanted to sell the remaining two.

Also, here in Qld the Big W's in my area all seemed to have a fair stock of them for a fair few months after game launch?

Hmm, maybe they restocked pre-wide-release, then. Either that or that was post-wide-release. My Big W is fairly far away, so I only checked there thrice before Drill was out everywhere.

I am glad that is went to a good home but, in hindsight, if I have any idea of how rare they were at the time, I would have possibly milked it for double value (not full on gouging, mind you, but profit to buy a couple of figs).

I even knew of people who got the Big W pre-order and returned the Drillie to a store to replace with someting "cooler".

That would make sense, light or a dark path for each giant, resulting in changing features.

I actually considered scalping the original Camos/Warnados (for around $25 or so) just because I'd accidentally recieved three each of them, and at the time I got them, they were really rare even in the States.
In the end, I decided not to, and I actually gave them to one of my friends for his birthday. Scalping is just so tempting sometimes to do in small amounts simply because some people will say "oh, it's only a little more plus shipping".

I wonder if people will be able to scalp some for the early Aus release. (Not that I will, duh!)

Winter Whirlwind sounded nice, I like it... Has a ring to it .

I still think that the yellow Hot Dog is an upgrade - but Mustard Hot Dog... Makes complete sense.

Don't forget the Crusher variants. I don't think they're upgrades because they're literally just reskins, they have standard armor and hammer, and one of them gets his own art. I think Mustard has a fair chance of being an upgrade over Ketchup too, though.

Just watched the Fright Rider video (as a random choice because I didn't watch any of the videos whilst I was adding them to the list). Empire of Ice looks... Exactly the same. Which would assume that the Adventure Pack levels... Are exactly the same.

But, whether they will be exactly the same or just the slightly same layout with a different story is unclear.

Hey bionicle, I know it'd be a lot of work but do you think you could possibly include a "Toy" image on each of the figures? (Like [Image] [Toy] [Video] ) I'd like to see them all in once place. If you think that's too much work though don't worry about it.

Does anyone happen to know if there's some app to download for those AR markers on the cards? I can see them kind of working in the 3DS version to unlock the characters (rather than putting them on the portal or something) but...what exactly would those things be for?

EDIT: Hmm. I used ScanLife on the AR code from FGTV. All that it brings up is "730000000010YG69H-CZ4LP SKYLANDERS.COM/START" So it looks like if your computer has a webcam, you'll be able to scan the AR code from the card and register the character on Universe. (Given that the "YG69H-CZ4LP" is the code to unlock Fright Rider on Universe. It doesn't work yet though. I tried lol)

Pretty cool. Pokemon does this with their TCG cards. You can scan the AR code from a card in the pack to gain your booster pack credits on their Trading Card Game Online thing. Well you could but they took it away for some reason..
