ya went to a ebgames asked if you can pre order the battle pack, the lady there said they cant take pre-orders for certain figures. i might try again since the one i went to is not my local store

you can pre-order figures but you can only pre-order a kind of figure a giant or lightcore

This battle pack is a specific exclusive which can be pre-ordered - it is not conformant to the generic rule.

They won't let you till they get them listed, and all the have listed are the game packs and battle pack.

You might be trying to pre order Wave 2, 3, or 4 figures.
