But also what about those who don't have their birthday displayed publicly? Does that mean they can't get them? Simply because they may not want to reveal their personal information on the internet?

I think the point of this suggestion was more about being a cute surprise than about the Gems because either way 10 is pretty insignificant for anyone not called alicecarp...
