Will skylanders giants come even close to POkemon Black/White 2?

It's going to blow them out of the water for me simply because I am despising Gen V.

Gen IV was far worse. It was so boring and the Legendaries were just abominations on the franchise as a whole.

The Pokemon were worse, but the games were far better.

Black and White are really good games... But after you beat Ghetsis they become the worst in the series! There's nothing to do after that...

Plus, Gen IV gave us HeartGold and SoulSilver which are arguably the best games in the entire series.

I plan to get both Giants AND White 2, so either way I don't care which is better...cus I'll be playing them both anyways.

they are both mostly going to be a lot of fun, I always have fun in some way in spyro and pokemon games

its gonna do a killing... pokemon will just be a tiny memory after giants impact!

I like pokemon and i liked pokemon black and white with the 3d and all but some of them are just stupid now i mean and icecream cone and garbage bag? And even ough i like chandelire and chandeler really? Then the legendary are just stupid the mustitees look like rejected little ponys same with that hidded one. And storm gods really? JINX is even preetier than them. So yay giants will dominate pokemon black and white and if they come out woth G6 its porb gonna be only for 3Ds which will suck for people that dont have one like when dimoind and perql came out and blue resue team. I just hope they make another exploers game cuz thpse are always better than the regular games

Wow,games aren't all about looks,that would be like saying minecraft is dumb because it has bad graphics,gen 6 isn't all about the bad Pokemon,I mean every gen has a bad Pokemon or two,gen 1 had voltorb (I'm not saying he's bad,he's just not that imaginative),gen 2 had Dunsparce,gen 3 had Relicanth,gen 4 had Bidoof and gen 5 has trubbish(although I really like him)

skylanders giants looks epic, it's much better then any pokemon game end of story!!!

They're both very different games so it's pointless comparing them to each other and claiming one is better than the other. I personally like both games equally for different reasons. I have to admit that I do like Pokemon a lot but I still appreciate Giants for its different and unique game-play style that combines visual collecting (hunting around stores for figures and enjoying them once we obtained them and display them at home) with in-game versions of these figures that connect with each other. I like Pokemon for the variety of creatures that there are to collect and for the advanced leveling, training, and abilities and finding the best techniques to achieve the best of these. So both games are equally good and entertaining in their own ways =).

Im not judging it by its looks like i love the story of this one and all the new things you can do in it are cool and yes each generation has that pne horrable pokemon but then there are people that like that pokemon which is same with skylanders. Some people dont loke speocket others dont. But then when i said that giants will dominate pokemon, i grew up with pokemon so i really love the games but with Giants its all new you can play with toys in digatal games. I love sprocket but then there are many people who hate her. And we havent even played the game yet. So basiclly yes i was judging the pokemon buy the way they look but thats what every one is doing to giants

You took the words RIGHT outa my mouth. I've never really understood why people do this; pitting games against each other. Its just pointless.

I think both will do equally well. As I stated in my first post, I plan to get both. Though if you want my honesty, I plan to get Halo 4 BEFORE I get Giants (And Halo comes out AFTER Giants). I do plan to get Giants before I get White 2, but that only because I'm not big on handhelds (My 3DS gets neglected more than anything sadly....) < Lets hope the release of White and Black 2 will fix that LOL.
