In the original Skylanders the characters are meant to be the actual toys frozen... Right?

Well then what's the story behind the Series Two? The Skylanders were never unfrozen or anything as far as we know...

a mad profecer made a cloneing machine and he put the skylanders in it but then in a horrible accident they became s2!!

Maybe something to do with the return of part of the Skylanders' powers, since most of the reposes involve the upgrades. They may be frozen in toy form,but Persephone said something about the magic of the upgrades being carried on to Earth when they are taken from the Portal.Since it's magic, they changed after a year or something.Now, how to explain about a Portal Master can have Series 1 and 2 might be handwaved with the first Story Scroll of SSA;Portal Masters are rumored to be able to send stuff through time as well.

But pretty much all the Skylanders are divas, so they decided to pose in different ways. Except for 8 who don't tolerate that stuff.

I think that one day, a guy named Biff, raided the Ruins and froze all the skylanders, unluckily for Spyro who was in a derpy pose, and stuck them onto bases and shoved them in a rocket that aimed for (insert your name here)'s house.

Well....

The skylanders got a gig with photo finish and got refrozen at the end. Then Drobot got constipated.

When Kaos was sent to Earth and Skylanders were celebrating the victory a strange creature came. It called itself Activision. Activision took all the Skylanders and flew after Kaos to Earth. Luckily some Skylanders like Sunburn or Ghost Roaster managed to escape Activision's claws.

In context of new chars or reposes? Or both?

New chars were also frozen on Earth but did not "join the party" until now.

Reposes #1: When they are appear in our dimension they re-freeze as that is the nature of the transfer. They have moved around since then so when they re-freeze they now look like they do in a different pose.

Reposes #2: Simply due to time passing in their dimension faster than ours - they are no longer frozen, per se, a movement which takes seconds in their world takes literally years here. Stare at a fig non-stop for months and you will see it move slightly.

And why are some of them smiling, when kaos destroyed the core of light and made the skylanders angry, it's not like you purposely smile for something... right? ex.-wrecking ball, and trigger happy, prismbreak... whats up with that?

One day the skylanders were able to escape earth and back to earth. On the way they stopped for a space taco. When they got home, drobot was constipated and they had a best pose compotition. During the compotion drobot was in the bathroom when koas did somthing that frose the skylanders again taking away all pf drobots dignity.

Maybe after the core of light was rebuilt, the Skylanders were freed from earth and returned to Skylands. When Kaos returned, he used some kind of Arkeyan robot/machine in order to send the Skylanders back to Earth, making it herder for them to stop him.

Well, here is goes.

The dragons went to party. They went to a restaurant and Drobot had the BaconBeefCheese Comboinator taco. The others had something else. Then camo and sunburn got a call saying they won a trip to equestria, so they went. After eating their meals, They went with bash to go get a horn-polishing from Flashwing who worked at the Skylanders Barber. Bash was madly in love with Flashwing. Then Drobot went to go use the bathroom. Horrible noises came from that poor stall. Then Kaos was like "Freeze ALL the skylanders!" and sent them to earth in new poses. Drobot was stuck taking a constipated dump for all of eternity now.
