Eyebrawls' could be 'Peek-A-Boo' but if they use that, he'll probably just say it when he's using a move. Sprocket could make a reference to loose screws or being nuts so if he's kinda crazy, 'I'm a little Nuts!'

Crusher: "It's crush hour."
Thumpback: "Hail to the Whale!"
Hot Head: "Heat it up!"
Bouncer: "Deal with the wheel!"
Eye Brawl: "I've got my eye on you!"
Swarm: "Bring the sting."
Tree Rex: "Be afraid of the bark!"

Regular

Pop Fizz: "Motion of the potion."
Flashwing: "Be dazzled?"
Chill: "Stay Cool!"
Hot Dog: "Play time!"
Sprocket: "Watch out, I'm sharp."
Fright Rider: "Say hello to my little friend!"
Jet-Vac: "Hawk and awe!"
Shroomboom: He shoots, he spores!"

These are some of my guesses. Some are already their official catchphrases.

Eye Brawl's should be "Keep your eye, on the Brawl"
