I saw the small soul gem type screen shot of Sprocket in game, and she doesn't look that bad in-game, so she still might have a shot at winning me over

WOW! That is great! Looks like Hot dog has a fireball breath attack, some sort of lava wave spit, and the ability to turn into a fireball, like Wrecking ball's forcefield attack.
I think the Brock thing isn't a boss battle. A different video showed someone going into a challenge-type menu thing with Brock.
And that Pop Fizz thing reveals a lot! You can now see the upgrades in the pause menu thing, and there are "quests." Cool!

Yea, I kinda have to agree with you there, Zap.

Heck, I like TREE REX more than her.

I mean, I like the Djinni part of it, but her face and her hair look a lot like SE's. And her blades, oh my. They should of looked like actual scimitar-like blades, not the exact larger version of the pook blades like they are.

Can I just say that acti was incredibly uncreative with Ninjini?

Fairy giant? I wouldn't care if Persephone got some steriods.

I don't disagree but:

Hot Head is a big Eruptor
Tree Rex is a big Stump Smash
Crusher is a lot like a big Prism Break as they are both made of rock
Bouncer is a robot like Drill Sarge so not very imaginative

So, overall, there could have been more imaginative characters for giants.

Bouncer - Super Clank (Or whatever big clank is called.)
Sprocket - Ratchet

The big Clank is actually his nemesis Clunk.

I like sprocket, it's just there's so many female humanoid skylanders
*don't get me wrong, I love sprocket, she is cool and has a different design to most skylanders*

In regards to Series 2 Drobot, this is actually more what I think of when I look at it.

It sucks that I don't have a 3DS so I have no reason at all to buy the 3DS version but I WANTZ A PUNCH POP FIZZ!!! So far I think Pop Fizz might become my new all time favorite skylander after Trigger Happy and Ghosty Roasty.

Has anyone else noticed that there's now at least one female in every element except fire? (Unless Hot Dog or Hot Head turn out to be female, I doubt it though).

Earth - Flashwing
Water - Chill
Tech - Sprocket
Undead - Hex and Cynder
Air - Sonic Boom and Whirlwind

I agree with this. I like all of the new characters (except Sprocket, sorry guys), but I kinda get the nagging feeling that most of the giants could have been so much more.

new skylanders: chill, and flashwing
flashwing could potentially become my fav

Wait.... So she can stay in her lamp and shoot out magic rockets? Well, that is pretty unique. I would have liked to see more blade swipes to see if they move like Stealth Elf's do.
