Giants Booth at Gamestop Convention - 29 Aug 12 [CLOSED]

Has anybody signed up or heard about the Gamestop Expo 2012 to be held in San Antonio, TX on August 29th? It is Gamestop's annual managers convention, but they are opening it up to Gamestop Power Up Rewards members if you purchase a ticket. The link is:

They'll have alot of upcoming games to play before they are released, and the best news is that Activision will have their Skylanders Giants booth up and running. Just got tickets for my son and I to attend. It would be cool if they have an exclusive figure to give away, but I'm not counting on it. I'm just psyched that I get to test drive Giants 2 months before it comes out. I'll have my camera at the ready and take pictures of anything new or interesting.

Is the convention really only 5 hours?

Not going since it's way too expensive for just one day, but I wonder if they have any plans on actually extending that...

please, who ever goes, TAKE A PICTURE OF ALL THE FIGURES. GO TO THE SKYLANDERS MENU (PRESS +) AND CHECK THE CHARACTER MAP.

You won't need to, much like last year they'll probably release a poster of all the characters for the people who attend the event.

Please, take an HD video-camera go to the exposition and, please, take the best picture of the character poster, the exclusive figure, go to play the videogame (Press +) go to the Skylanders menu and take a picture of the character map, and then post the image here!
Also take a picture of the Starting Stats of ALL Skylanders

Yay! My parents MIGHT take me! I hope they have a variant, because thats the 2nd reason I want to go, the first is obviously to test the Giants...

If I go, I will try to get as much info as I can, including a clear image of the list, if I cant, I will post the names...

This convention is awesome!!! So much to report when I get home tonight. What I can say for now is the game plays alot better than the first. Characters feel lighter. Ninjini, Flashwing, Sprocket are female!

Saw the brief soul gem trailer for Hot Dog. Was able to see the character screens too. Just headshots, but was able to see the faces of the characters we haven't seen yet. I'll give a detailed report after the convention is over.

I havent updated since I don't particularly care but I have gotten all the skylanders except varients only ones are glow Warnado and WERDS
