Swarm is the only one I think looks really great so far but Hot Head and Thumpback look nice too.

IMO, I like Tree Rex alot. I don't get why people hate him so much. But my favorite giant has got to be: Either Thumpback or Crusher, a can't decide.

Tree Rex sucks in my opinion.

I don't hate Tree Rex, his design is just lackluster and arkward(good idea, though).

He's very stereotypical for a giant.

Giants are usually portrayed as large lumbering idiots in the media.
But characters like Bouncer and Ninjini are a lot better.

I don't hate him, just seen an awful lot of similar characters before.

From best to worst. I will also include the new characters below.

Giants
Swarm- Just awesome.
Hot Head- I like their design and I like their figure and I expect their gameplay to be fun- some characters don't need more than that.
Thumpback- Very cool design, if a bit plain. Gameplay might be a bit boring, though.
Bouncer- Really warmed up to his style and I'm sure he will be a blast to play, just not that fond on design. And the name.
Eye-Brawl- Design looks alright but undetailed, I expect a good moveset.
Crusher- Looks okay, might have good gameplay.
Tree Rex- Meh... Not much personality.
Ninjini- 0%. Honestly considering not buying.

Newlanders
Sprocket- Hands down the most original character in the franchise. Awesome, awesome, awesome, retro. Love it. Only Newlander I'm seriously looking forward to.
Flashwing- They look nice, the figure looks epic, gameplay will probably be fun.
Shroomboom- He's cute while being tough.
Fright Rider- Cool overall. I like it.
Pop Fizz- Will be fun and interesting, but otherwise... Eh.
Chill- Like the design, DISlike the figures. Gameplay has potential.
Jet-Vac- Yawn. Too much like Sonic Boom. Gameplay won't be much new.
Hot Dog- He just doesn't work.

Tree Rex and Bouncer (maybe Eye Brawl)

The only ones I got are
Tree Rex, Granite Crusher, Hot Head, Swarm.

Tree Rex: I liked at 1st, but I guess it's because he was my only Giant. I didn't like him too much later on while playing on Hard or Kaos/Nightmare Mode though as he's very slow and can leave himself open to die almost instantly if surrounded.
Also his Woodpecker friend annoyed me while trying to beat his Quest on jumping on enemies to kill them as that Woodpecker would always kill them before I can. Ugh...

Granite Crusher/Crusher: I did like him a bit more since only using Tree Rex as my Giant source, but it didn't last long. His hammer seem to have bad aiming when I try to attack with it. If I have multiple enemies around me, he's fine... but if it's just one left and they're small, he will miss numerous times. His eye attack doesn't help much for me as well seeing as they have to be a specific distance. Also didn't like how in his boulder mode it can hurt enemies that are close by, yet they can hurt him even if no rocks around them, or that he can't crash into walls in this form unless you make them explode.

Hot Head: I have to say he's much better than the first 2 for me. I do like his oil attack as it does kill off enemies easier, also his Motorcycle transformation isn't too bad. The controls for me are wonky but it's not too hard to get used to. I don't like hiw shower attack too much as the enemies have to be way too close to me, which isn't what you would want on Hard mode and higher.

Swarm: This is my favorite Giant so far, which is a bit puzzling to me. Reason it's puzzling as I planned on not liking him at all before getting him due to him being Air.
He's the 1st and only Air Skylander I can say I like as I dislike every other one out there. His combo attacks deal out a decent amount of damage to me, while his movement is very fast while he's flying... I would say abnormally fast. His blades and stinger he shoots out helps a lot while surrounded while shooting out very quickly and able to hit multiple targets. Keeping enemies off him. The only mode I don't like on him ironically is Swarm Mode. In this mode I think he's way too slow and way too vunerable for the attack. I've died a lot of times the 1st time I got it and decided it wasn't for me... and this was on Medium settings, I didn't even bother trying on the higher difficulties with it.

I like ninjini, then crusher and then eyebrawl but the only one ive tried yet is crusher, so I may not like the others fighting style.
