hmm, I thought she had blue skin? oh well, remember that dinorang thing with the silver boomerangs? maybe it's happening again.

I think it looks like The Red Hood from batman xD Anyways, I think the smoke where it's body first comes out of the lamp will be the Lightcore part.

I was dissapointed by Ninjini and Eye brawl. Eye Brawl in total, and Ninjini's color scheme.

I've been looking at these Ninjini pics for a while now, trying to ignore all of the other ideas that have been planted ino my head of what the character might look like, and trying to look at the picture in a new light. After staring for a while today, I saw a shape I didn't previously see that might be completely different from what we originally thought. Try to forget about all the other ideas you've had about Ninjini, and take a look at the picture below. I've roughly outlined what I'm looking at to hopefully help you see the same thing I'm seeing.



Not saying this is right, but it certainly looks more like a Skylander type design than some of our other ideas, and looks more like an actual character than what I've previously been able to make out. I don't think we're seeing a profile shot, I think this IS from the front, but with the arm stretching behind him. The thing above his head is a stereotypical Aladdin-esque hat.

Well it could be like the Snivy of the Skylander world (everyone thought that when the silhouette was revealed, the round bit was its' whole head and though its mouth was just for decoration

I'm just doing a rough outline of course. If this does turn out to be correct, I'm sure the actual figure would be far more detailed. (I'm sure Ninjini would have fingers instead of just an oval, and would probably have some sort of dark coloured clothing)

I kinda hope I am right, but not from a "Ha ha I was right" kind of way, but from a "hey, that's pretty cool! I'd totally buy that!" kind of way. There aren't a ton of new Skylanders I like, so hopefully I'm on the right track since I quite like this potential design. : )

Zooming in closer, and looking at it in the right way, there's a bit of potential for a curled nose. Now we're getting towards something that looks like a stereotypical cross between a Genie and Jafar. I just can't quite put together the part under the supposed mouth. Either he's holding something, or he's got something coming out of his mouth. hmm...

This is my interpretation of Ninjini:



I know that it's a really bad sketch but please bare with me . Sorry for my very bad artistic ability but hopefully you guys can kind of see what I am? I think that the body appears more like a feminine jinni than a masculine one due to the slenderness of it's shape. Male jinni are usually depicted to be very built and usually bulky in body shape. The turban is pretty large and has some kind of object protruding from the top (such as a feather which some turbans have). It appears that the white area behind Ninjini could be scimitars crossed behind her that the arms are holding (this also would explain why the arms are being held back). The "tail" of the jinni wraps around the cloud of smoke that enters the lamp (I didn't really show that very well in my image). The two round circles above the assassin's mask are supposed to be my general guess where the eyes could be. It looks like some of Ninjini's stomach is showing which could have a belly button.

I don't like her colors because on her Soul Gem it looks like her skin will be a very light shade, possibly even a pale green. Light colors would not go well with the wonderful theme on the hat and shirt.

It looks like a female to me but I could be wrong. I just don't see a male jinni being that slender. If it was, it wouldn't be the common interpretation of a male Jinni (masculine body with built arms and possibly a goatee). If Ninjini isn't wielding scimitars, then I'll be very disappointed .

Oh yeah, I remember those enemies from Ripto's Rage/Gateway to Glimmer. They might have referenced to that enemy to help them design Ninjini. Maybe they are looking at the older games to help them design new characters; that would be great if they were.
