what's your favourite element in a new beginning and the eternal night (not dawn of the dragon because of cynders elements and even though spyros are the same you use them differently.
mine is earth

Electricity.

I like them all in TEN, they are all useful.

Earth in ANB and fire in TEN

All are great. Both in the two games. But it is much better attack combos and elements in TEN.

I like Earth and Electricity about the same, in both games.

Fire although I prefer using melee combat instead of elements as it makes it more challenging.

I love all breaths in A New Beginning, though I love Ice just slightly more. I just love Ice in The Eternal Night though.

Oh, it would probably be ice.

In ANB the best breath is earth breath. The earth shot comes very handy against the big apes and all different sorts of cannons the game has. And the alternative attack, the earth tornado (I like to call it that) is greatest breath ability in whole Spyro series. Just shoot them, collect dropping crystals pieces and wait for another wave of enemies to come and give them the same treatment. Truly a force to be reckoned with.

In TEN I think it is basically tie between electricity and earth. Basically the electric orb attack and then, when your enemies are on the ground flat, use earth flail with help of Dragon Time, and that's that. Also the alternative electric tornado is nice one; especially with a little Dragon Time manipulation.

But all in all I think personally that the whole element debate favors earth and electricity when it comes to the terms of whole TLoS series. With right combinations and balancing between melee attacks and those elements the games become much easier and therefore faster to beat. But even if those abilities are the best (in my opinion of course) it doesn't mean that fire and ice would be much inferior. I just haven't found as devastating combinations to do with those elements.

Lightning for TEN

I like ice and earth in ANB and I like all the elements even Convvexity at TEN.

I like Ice and Earth.

For me it all depends on what level I'm on. I tend to use earth a lot, but use ice quite a bit in Tall Plains, as well as using mostly fire in Dante's Freezer.

Earth.

Fire in them all.

I like them all, but electricity is my favourite.

I like Electricity best in ANB. Tossing enemies around with the stream is so fun, and the Electric Arc is my favourite attack. It's also unlocked just before my favourite level, Tall Plains! Plus it has my favourite Guardian.

In TEN, it's probably Earth because the Earth Flail is really fun to use. I also like Ice for the tail attack but I don't like Ice Bombs. I didn't really like the elements in that one much.

I know you said not to do DoTD, but my favourites are Earth and Fear. I like rolling around in the Earth boulder and Fear looks awesome and has pretty cool effects.
