I saw a topic where people had started to write the catchphrases for characters that they had thought of.

I can't readily find it now but I figure it is prefential to coelesce them in to a single thread, in any case...

I'll start off:

Shroomboom - "I'm a fun guy!"

Nice one for Shroomboom, but I think it's the one from the character trailer, "He shoots, he spores!"

Yeah Shroomboom's official catchphrase is 'He Shoots, He Spores!'.

What part "...that they had thought of" was open to interpretation?

Flashwing looks to be birdlike and feminine, so being themed after the white bird of love is likely.

Old news bro. And plus this is just the forum for INVENTED catchphrases

I think Eye Brawl should say "Eyes On the Prize" or "Don't Blink For a Second" and Sprocket's catchphrase could be "You Break It I Fix It" or "I Spring Into Action". Just trying something more unique with Sprocket.
