So this is the mysterious cannon piece battle pack. So we now chop chop and ShroomBoom are in there.

I was just gonna say this. Ninja'd. Ok we know about this whole battle pack thing so please STOP POSTING ABOUT IT. It's already in the sticky so we know about it. Why don people understand.

I wouldn't think it would be just to unlock a PVP arena, so maybe it's an item in the normal campaign too?
And it looks like it's lightcore, neat.

Since it's GameStop exclusive, I wouldn't be shocked to see it never come here, and if they do that... I am going to kill them...

There's a slim possibility it may come to EB Games, but I doubt it somehow.

they may bring it to eb games since they are part of gamestop and this is an exclusive to them

Okay, kill me but I only just realized the ShroomBoom isn't a LightCore... That's just HARSH. Why can't they make these things easier to buy?! Having packs exclusive to retailers is bad enough! The Dragon Cannon looks like it'll be a LightCore, but it doesn't make up for needing to buy another pack.

If anyone tries to pre-order this in store, please post if it is possible. For some reason I can't order online from Gamestop. It keeps giving me an error when trying to submit an order.

I went to my local Gamestop and preordered 3 today. So, yes, you can reserve them in stores.

I pre-ordered and paid it in full when I found out about this from Kotaku earlier today.

No sign of it on Game, Gamestation or Toys R Us websites yet (UK) but all they are showing at the moment is the 4 booster packs (1 for each console) so I'm still hopeful we might get this Dragonfire Cannon pack over here.

do we have to get an exclusive item to get a completely new character? I REALLY hope it comes to EB games or GAME, because shroom boom is one of my favourites :I - and dragon canon piece looks cool.

l don't think it will be in EB games other wise they would have legendary packs there and I've never seen one at EB.

What sucks is that these will be store exclusive items at all. I can understand with figural variants and Legendaries as well as Dark Spyro Single to make them a little more rare but even those were a stretch, the Flockie and Sidekicks are unexcusable, and now another Battle Arena that probably isn't going to make an appearance in Australia? Remember kids, Volcanic Vault- that was never made available outside of the UK and America!

I have a feeling that because it comes with Chop Chop and Shroomboom exclusively to the pack, they'll make sure it's released everywhere. If not, they might release Chop Chop and Shroomboom on their own in certain countries (kind of like what they did with Dark Spyro)

Yeah, I saw that listing. The pack looks awesome and I can't wait to pick one up. I'm not sure if I'll pre-order, but cool to know about it at least.

I feel your pain as I was wanting them to release them sidekicks in doritos, cheeseballs or smiths .

The volcanic vault was at a shop called GAME (not game stop) but that was gone like the flash escaping rapid fire.

If I'm not mistaken, GAME is the UK equivalent of Gamestop. (similar to Walkers Chips being the equivalent of Frito-Lay)

In the least, they'll probably have it there, or at some other store overseas. (Dragon's Peak was exclusive to Australian Targets if I'm not mistaken). Something like this, unlike the Flocked Stump, is a character that can't be obtained in any other way. Since this will probably be out on release day, Shroomboom will most likely be a temporary exclusive like Ignitor was.

Have some hope! I have a good feeling you guys will see Sidekicks and Flocked Stumpy at some point.

Actually, at least in my area that's wrong. Dragon's Peak was quickly available everywhere after the first leaks at Target.

No, you have to remember, this is Activision: The company that doesn't want to pick the logical path. Seriously. There is no better way to sum this up.

Glad I'm not the only one who thinks so... they're too round, he looks surprised.

That Chop Chop isn't much of a repose lol. Yeah that's also strange about Shroom...I thought he was supposed to be a lightcore but you can clearly see that the eye has white paint around the edge of the eyeball. Maybe it's just an issue with the Gamestop 3 pack. I think I will pass on this. Essentially you're paying $25 for a repose and a new Skylander plus a pvp arena item.

Lightcores are all gonna be in single packs outside the 3DS and Console Portal Packs. I'm surprised you guys didn't assume this. The Lightcores are strictly a money grab.

Wasn't this battle pack leaked on the German Amazon site? Meaning exclusivity should be limited time only? I hope so...

its going to be a limited time only deal. kinda like drill sergeant and whirlwind. im shure it will be out in other stores about a month after the games release

By the way, probably been noticed by a lot of people but the Skylanders' backgrounds have been givven a massive upgrade.
