DERP. *Takes a long deep breath* Chill is the sworn guardian and personal protector of the snow queen. As captain of the queen's guard, her many heroic deeds earned her the respect of the entire ice kingdom. But when the cyclops army began to expand their empire into the northern realms, the snow queen was taken prisoner during her watch and chill has never forgiven herself for letting it happen. Ashamed and embarrassed, she left the ice kingdom behind and sworn never to return until she could reclaim her honor. Now as a member of the skylanders, she remains courageous and strong, while always on the lookout for her lost queen.

I wish they would release more info about Sprocket, the new Fire Skylander, and the Water, Magic, and Undead Giants right now. That would be nice.

Yeah, I was really hoping Nintendo Power would release something we didn't already know... I mean I guess it's kinda cool we now know Chill's backstory, but we've already seen her figure in the trailer picture, and her art from the Giants poster, and we learned her name from the Amazon leak. I was expecting to learn the name of the Water Giant, or maybe get a look at Hot Head's figure... I'm disappointed.

think of it this way this means the amazon names are officially confirmed!

It's not going to happen.

Yeah, probably won't. If you think about it, there's one more issue of Nintendo Power before October, and by October last year we already knew all the Skylanders. We might get one more, but I wouldn't be surprised if it was Flash Wing or someone else we already know.

I am sorry if this has been asked already, but I have a question and I thought that if anyone knew the answer, it would be you guys.
Anyway, I see a lot of remakes of skylanders with different "gear" that they get with certain upgrades. For example, Drill sergeant has the Battledozer drills, Trigger has his golden machine gun, terrafin has his spiked knuckles, and Legendary Ignitor has his forked sword. Does this mean nothing, or are some skylanders already equipped with some upgrades? I know it is quite unlikely, but it is a possibility...

it dosent mean anything. its just the design of the figure.

it looks like she has a bow

she reminds me of a mix of lameslinger's bow and chop chop's sheild

I was thinking it might be a spear she's holding, not a bow.
I'm not really sure how well a shield and bow would actually work together.

actually, those things on their figures are just upgrades, but the series 1 figures were just their original looks and when you upgraded them to look a bit different, only went on game play, not their figures.

My son has all 32 figures + 4 legendary + dark spyro and a blue Bash.
Earlier this summer i preordered the Giants portal owner game at Gamestop in Norway + 3 Giants (Swarm, Bouncer and Crusher)
A few days ago I preordered again 3 smaller ones. Pop Fizz, Fright Rider and Ice Valkerie. (Think it's that name. My resit have no room for the whole name. Says only Ice Valke ) Does anyone have a pic of the last one? Or know what it looks like?

well i was on spyro wiki and found something like a story about skylanders an there was a giant stone wyvern in the story, possibly the undead giant? HIs name is Fido

not yet but I believe The shroom was affected by radiation(or waste) from the arkeyan empire deep under ground and he went up to the surface and found the skylanders
