Looking for the original Walmart Drill Sergeant [CLOSED]

Actually, it's not! I contacted the seller. It has the correct UPC # (4787584176).
I've noticed the very first releases had the different bases and darker red color, since then the bases and color have been the same as the normal ones. That's why you have to go by the UPC these days...

@lucidity0001: Target Whirlwind is MUCH harder to find! I'll keep my eyes peeled. Walmart DS... Just bought one on eBay. I'll also let you know if i find another.

I have an opened one that my mother got for me as a suprise on day one when the game just came out smilie
how happy I was, the drill sergeant was my first ever skylander. (I'm kicking myself for opening it though)

Yeah, I know the feeling. It was just a regular Drill Sergeant at first. Suddenly, things get all variant-y and now it's something a bit more rare. Ah well.

Most of the value of the"special" figures will go down eventually and be only slightly more then whatever the collector value is of the normal figures (look at any other collectable. It what happens after the initial craze).

So if you are trying complete your collection, be my guest on paying for specials. But I wouldn't go crazy trying to find Alts if you want to eventually sell. I've rarely been wrong on these things.

thank goodness someone also feels the same.
but I guess it might be okay because in target I saw drill sergeant and he had the old metalic colours instead of bright.
