Adult Cynder's horns were obviously bigger than Spyro's. Young Cynder and Teen Cynder's horns are shorter than young and teen Spyro.

spyro's horns are bigger at least in terms of width and weight. cynder's are longer, though. it's pretty obvious just from looking at the two of them, really. the male dragons all have massive horns and stumpy necks to support their weight, while cynder is long-necked and slim, implying very light horns.

in skylanders they seem about equal, but spyro's horns are still a little bigger.
