Of the revealed characters so far, only Chill is plausibly female. Seriously. Flashwing and Fright Rider might be too, but... Why can't we have more memorable girl Skylanders? Stealth Elf, Whirlwind, Cynder, Hex, Sonic Boom and Chill, in a cast of 48 unique characters, is not enough. Even the robots, which are technically genderless, are called male. And we're still missing only four characters for reveal. We will never have a female Giant at this rate.

is my favourite skylanders so far. Always has and (hopefully) always will be.

I thought the Earth Skylander looks kinda female. Also, there hasn't been a Magic or Undead giant revealed yet. One of them (or even both) might be female.

I doubt they're going to make a female Giant this game round because boy Giants is gonna be the "cool" thing.

I personally want all boy giants, but I feel bad for those who want one.

I think we can safely rule out the new fire element dog Skylander as being female.

I myself wouldn't mind having all the giants as a female. I mean the gameplay's the same right?

There might be a chance that Flashwing is female.

Even with NPCs, the only females are a Mabu with a single line and a background royal Mabu and both are stuck in the first level.

I don't remember that. The only thing I can think of like that is that they said each Giant is a lightCore, and that's a long shot off. Still, I would still be enraged if there were only one. Us girls can kick butt as Skylanders... Maybe Acti is just too scared we'll all be Stealth again and end Kaos and the series

Oh gosh! Even though I just finished Dino-Rang's Heroics I completely forgot about Cali. Persephone and Jess, well, Persephone is awful, Jess is actually okay, but more about them being female, well, the fact I forgot about them should say that we need more!

I'm pretty sure they said that I e very begging. Most likely it will be magic.

Gender equality in a kids game?!?!?!?!?!?!?....good luck. I see this all the time with toys. Even if their is a female character good luck finding the toy. I agree that there should be more Shelanders out there but they are clearly only worried about targeting boys...which is a real shame. I do have to give them props though that the few females Skylanders they do have are quite though and aren't girly at all....lol pun intended.

I think Flashwing will be too. And the Magic and Undead Giants can still be girls!

On one of the video's I watched on youtube (I forget the name) but they said there will be a female giant. I think this is just meaning one but we do know that there is likely to be normal sized ones of females.

If it's any consolation, Stealth Elf gets more publicity than Spyro himself (Just look at that one poster that has her front and center) and she's the best Skylander in the game.

Actually the truth of why she get the most publicity is because more than one third of the players of SKYLANDERS are females and they like female characters making them near the top of the must get list of average players.

^ Thank you, that's what I was about to say. Basically, Stealth only gets her publicity to interest female players into not thinking the game is as sexist as it is.

Can people STOP throwing the term sexist around so casually!! How many characters look like human females? 2. How many look like human males? 1. How many new skylanders look like human females? 1. How many look like human males? A big fat goose egg.

So you got favored 3 to 1 at this point. Or are you referring to all the monsters? Your right. The girl I babysit wasn't begging me for Sonic Boom and Prism Break. If they aren't females, they have no appeal to her what so ever. My nieces favorite character isn't flameslinger. Not at all.

My grandma was an independent woman in the World War 2 era who would laugh at this non-sense if she saw it.

one thing we dont need is more toys with boobs... im just happy with 'no gender' toys... after all skylanders are about the gaming not the sex of your toy... just saying.
